A tear falls softly.
A sob escapes.
You wave shyly.
The trains wheels scrapes.
Your breath fogs the window.
You try to be brave.
You watch me as I stand below.
I will love you to the grave.
You place your palm on the glass.
Your eyes glitter with tears.
The time has come to pass.
Time to let go of our fears.
I will never forget.
I will never let go.
You say don’t fret,
Forget the first hello.
I won’t listen.
I have done enough of that.
The moon will still glisten
The road will still be flat.
I will find you
Even if I search to the end of my days.
We will weather through
Our love will always be ablaze
My Love, I will never leave you
Even if we are miles apart.
So don’t be blue
You will always be in my heart.
My Dear, this isn’t goodbye.
Only a “see you soon”
I won’t comply
Not even for the moon.
Our love is forever
Written in the stars.
We will always be together
Even if we have to live on Mars.
So listen now
And don’t cry
Don’t think “How?”
The limit is only the sky.
