Chapter 6 The not so perfect prince.
Sofia PoV
I was just sitting in front of my mirror brushing my long hair while my mother stood behind me and spoke.
"Do you know who is coming to visit today my child?"
She gently stroked my shoulder, making me tense a little. I then shook my head.
"No mother. Who?"
I saw my mother smile softly in the mirror.
"Prince Jungkook is coming with his parents today"
My eyes widened and I asked in surprise.
"Will I see him?"
My mother slowly traced my chin with her index finger.
"Of course not you silly. You are a treasure that must be hidden until the right day."
That was so clear. Why was I even hopeful? Disappointed I continued to brush my hair.
"And what does the Jeon royal family want here?"
I then asked.
"There are still a few things to discuss before the wedding but nothing that concerns you or should worry you the only thing you have to do on that day is smile and be a good wife for Jungkook. You can do that right?"
I felt my mother's grip on my shoulder tighten as I didn't answer.
"Am I right daughter?"
"Of course mother. I will be a good wife to him"
Finally my mother let her hand down from me and I exhaled deeply.
"Good but how could it be otherwise? You have always been obedient"
My mother then smiled and left the room. In any case, she was about to because she stopped in front of the door.
"What's that weird smell in here? It smells so...manly"
Oh no...
"I don't know what you mean mother. It smells the same as always"
Jimin needs to stop wearing perfume when he comes here even if it smells irresistibly good.
