My heart falls to my ass as my breathing hitches "we're gonna die.." I whisper to myself. Everyone rushes inside as I stare at the sky in complete shock. Nancy drags me inside "what are we gonna do?! There is gonna be monsters walking around killing people, killing our families!"
I glare at her "Nancy, what the fuck?! Why would you say that to literal 14 year olds?!" She shoves me away "well what do you want me to say?!" Steve stands in between us "that's enough. Right now all we need to think about is killing vecna." Joyce holds my hands "you El and Eddie are our last hopes"
She pulls both me and el into a tight hug "you're gonna be ok" my stomach turns as fear takes over my mind. "I'm gonna die.." El interlocks her fingers with what's left of mine "you won't. Me and Eddie will make sure of it" I nod with an unsure expression on my face.
After we pull away I sit beside Eddie "I don't wanna wake him up to lead him to his death" steve gives me a reassuring smile "he won't die, I bet he will save the day and you guys will grow old together and have kids" a smile creeps onto my face as the fear I had built up in my head starts to fade away.
I gently shake him "hey love sorry for the early wake up call" he flickers his eyes open and sits up "I'm still tied up baby-" I laugh before uniting him "sorry my love" he stands up "so why was I woken up?"
We explain everything but his calm expression doesn't change, he's ready to sacrifice himself again and I can't handle loosing him. He studies my scared state and embraces me in a gentle hug "it's gonna be alright lovely" he kisses the top of my head before caressing my back with his thumb.
Hopper hands me some back cargo pants with a black shirt with hole cut out for my wings. I jog into the bathroom and change before inspecting myself in the mirror. I take a deep breath and squint my eyes shut to stop myself from crying but a tear still escapes my eye.
I smash the mirror out of anger then stomp back out to the others. "I'm ready" El and Eddie nod and lead me outside. We all jump in a car with hopper and Steve and drive back to the creel house. I jump out and shiver at the sight of it. "Ok let's end this." We burst in through the door and rush up to the attic.
Vecna stands waiting for us "you think you can beat me?" I let out a dry laugh "we have many times before" I spread my wings out as eleven raises her hand. Vecna goes flying across the room before rebounding off a wall onto the floor. He pushes himself back up and lifts El into the air, seemingly choking her.
I charge at him and rip two of the vines off his neck, causing him to drop el and jolt his head up, lifting me into the air before smacking me on the floor. My ribs crack as I let out pained sobs. Eddie attacks him but my visions blurred from tears. Eleven helps me up before rapidly smacking vecna into a wall.
I limp run over to a candle and rip part of my pants off. As el and vecna fight I set fire to the cloth and shove it in an empty jar. "EL MOVE!" She ducks down as I throw the jar, hitting his chest which sets him on fire almost immediately.
He lets out a deep scream before glaring at me, suddenly my lower arm snaps In half, then my upper arm. I my sobs become screams as numerous bones in my arms snap. He slings me back and my head smacks against the rotting wooden wall. My vision doubles everything as I watch El and Eddie fight.
El collapses after being chocked and Eddie sits on his knees as he breathes heavily. My body lifts into the air and floats over to everyone. "Y/n!" Eddie try's to stand but hisses in pain and falls back down. "Say goodbye." Before I could even look at vecna something shoots through my stomach and a violent stinging pain floods my weak body.
"NO!" My arms had been crushed, i probably have a concussion and now I've been stabbed. Great. "Eddie..." blood spews out of my mouth as I speak. The sharp object is quickly pulled out of my stomach by Eddie. I fall to the ground as my ears ring.
A loud thud breaks through the ringing and someone pulls my body onto their lap "shit shit shit. Y/n!" I find myself laying in the middle of el and Eddie. "Oh god y/n..you're ok.." I choke on my blood before smiling "did we do it?.." Eddie nods and strokes my hair "yea, yea we did it." El sobs into my hand as Eddies tears drop on my cheek "I don't...I don't wanna die Eddie.." he shakes his head "no no no you're not going to!"
"CALL AN AMBULANCE!" My body goes numb "I can't feel anything Eddie.." he rocks me in his arms "stay with me y/n!" My eyes close and everything stops.
