Pip's perspective
I could've stayed in Damien's embrace like this all day. Everything about it felt so comforting. I missed the feeling of hugging someone close and just staying there, cuddled up with them for a bit. When I was a child, my parents always used to comfort me by holding me in their arms until I felt better. It made me feel so safe and secure. After they died, I would often hug myself and curl up into a ball to comfort myself. It wasn't quite the same, but it did help. After a moment, Damien glanced at me again with a curious look in his eyes. "Are you ready to go back to class?"
"Is it alright if we stay here for a bit? This is nice" Damien shrugs his shoulders. "Sure, why not?"
After a couple minutes of silence, I noticed Damien was falling asleep. I looked over to make sure he was comfortable, then softly hummed as my voice seemed to echo through the empty hallway.
