Tough Decision

When Elizabeth's soul returned to her body she noticed something was different she could open her eyes. She opened her eyes and saw that she was now awake even though she should still be trapped in time, sleeping. Elizabeth got out of the bed and looked around. She looks at her hands and is shocked that she is awake and able to move "papa do you know what is going on" Elizabeth asked as she used her witchcraft to summon her fathers spirit like before.

"I'm not sure, you shouldn't be able to wake up for another 17 years..." a voice said as her father appears "maybe it's your magicks Elizabeth. It has been growing stronger the more you spend time in that village and make friends" another voice says as a lady forms next to Shad. "I agree with Menphia on this Elli, we have all sensed your magicks getting stronger day by day" a males voice says as a man appears. "Is everyone just going to show up... I mean she did only call out me" Shad says as he slightly glares at the others that had appeared.

"Yes but we are her family too, and it's only best that we put in our thoughts about this situation" "guys please don't fight, it's already hard trying to sneak away from everyone to send my soul back here to rest" Elizabeth says as she tries to calm everyone down. "Okay, so we think that it may be my magicks that caused me to fully wake up. But if that is the case I need to train; but if I train there they will realize that I haven't been truthful about who I am" Elizabeth says as she looks at her family.

"Then don't go back yet, stay here for a few days and train with us. We can help you control it better" Kul'Zak says as he leans against the wall next to him. "That sounds logical but won't they notice I've disappeared" Elizabeth says as she looks at Kul'Zak "when you get back say that your old village needed your help and it took a while to get back" Enki says as he places a hand on Elizabeth's shoulder. "Alright... but you know I don't like lying to mom" Elizabeth says as she looks down, she really doesn't like to lie to anyone but she knows that she must do it at times.

"I do have to ask why did you tell that lost soul boy everything... isn't that dangerous" Shad asks and it causes Elizabeth to look at him "I can't hide the fact that I am a soul from another soul" Elizabeth says as she smiles. "Plus Malachi will keep our secret, I trust him" Elizabeth smiles brightly. "Alright let's get started on your training, the more time we talk the longer it will take little angel here to get back to the witch and her friends" Shad says as he smirks.

~🌸~

Almost a week later Elizabeth lays down on her bed and falls back to sleep, feeling her mothers spell take hold of her body once again she sends her soul back to her mother and her friends. When she opens her eyes at Phoenix drop she is high in the sky "looks like they got rid of the tree I set as my location to wake up" Elizabeth mumbles to herself as she opens her wings and floats down.

While she is floating down she notices a large ship with blue sails coming towards the village. She uses her magicks and casts the spell Zoom to allow her to see the ship closer, as a film covers her eyes the ship is now closer to her by sight and she sees that a member of the Jury of Nine was on the ship. Groaning softly, Elizabeth closes her wings to make her descent faster. When she gets closer to the ground she opens her wings once again and glides to the new guard tower. She runs inside and informs Garroth, Laurance, and Dante of what she saw, Garroth questioned why she left as he, Dante, and Elizabeth rushed to the docks.

"When we came back from Bright Port I was given a letter, it was from my home village and they needed my help. I'm sorry I didn't tell you but it was a 2 day trip by flight and I wanted to leave immediately" Elizabeth explained and Garroth agrees that she did the right thing to leave right away but still should have told him or Aphmau that she was leaving because they were worried sick. "I'm very sorry" Elizabeth whispers as they stand in front of the docks as a lady with diamond armor and sword on her side walks down a ramp with two O'Khasis guards following right behind her.
