"I can't believe that I'm still here!" Dawn said, standing in front of the mirror. Her mother had a free room and since she had no idea what to do, Dawn remained there and braided her hair in front of the mirro. She cut it to shoulder-length some time ago before coming here so it was hard to braid it.

Her mother was at S.T.A.R. labs with the team. Dawn didn't go because she was still mad at her father and sister.

But the alone time kept her wondering, was Nora really so unhappy that she came here? Why didn't she confide in anyone? She and Dawn have been so close! They were only two years apart.

Dawn has stayed in aunt Iris' house before and she always found it cheery and warm. Nora was never left out of any activities. Nor was she forgotten in her household. She was invited on every family vacation and was present most of the time. She was there on every party and her mother thought of her as her daughter.

That's why it never crossed Dawn's mind that her sister might be unhappy.

There was something inside her heart, feeling of unfulfiness. Did she fail her sister? Did she and her younger sister hurt her in some way? Did Nora's younger brother do something? Three of them always looked up to Nora. After all, she was like the leader of the pack.

Her thought started to pain her, so she stood up and sped off in the lab. At least she could be with her mother.

"Dawn!" Her mother exclaimed as the papers started flying around. Dawn apologized and helped placing them on their spots.

"I got bored and came here." She said while sitting down next to her mom in the lab.

"Well, you're few minutes late, the team went in Jitters." Her mother responded.

"Then why aren't you with them?"

"I had some work but I'll be joining them soon. You're coming, right?"

"What's the point in staying?" She asked back. "Was dad angry?"

Caitlin shook her head negatively. "He didn't seem to be."

Dawn nodded. "C'mone, mom. Let's go. You'll finish that later."

The two of them arrived at CC Jitters. The team was on second floor so they walked up on the stairs. Team Flash greeted the two newcomeres as they found their seats.

Dawn felt strange, being with her family in a time where she doesn't exist or her parents aren't happily together. They have always been an example of true love for her. Now, they were acting like strangers. Maybe it was because they just found out about the future.

Why are they only seeing bad in that future? They're so happy together. Married with two daughters. Working at their dream jobs and fighting crime together.

Right now, they seem like two lost people. It's so hard to imagine they are the people who Dawn lives with. They raised her with love which they seem to be missing now.

"Barry can't they put some rules aside and tell us few things about the future?" Cisco asked his friend.

"Didn't I tell you already that you're married to Gipsy?" Nora chuckled.

"Yeah but some more won't hurt, right?"

Barry smiled and shrugged. Cisco cheered. "Now, stand in the line if you wan't to ask questions, I'm first!" He looked at Nora and asked. "Why am I not your godfather?!"

Barry, Iris, Caitlin and Raph all groaned. "You're not going to let that go, huh?" Snow chuckled.

Cisco shook his head negatively. Nora glanced at her sister who answered his question. "That's because you're my godfather."

Barry and Caitlin looked at their daughter in surprise while their best friends grinned. "I love you guys!" Ramon turned to the duo who gave him awkward smiles.

They're sooo not obvious. Dawn thought in her mind. They may not be in love, but their still her parents, in and out, their themselves.

More questions came and the Allen sisters answered them one by one as long as they were non-major ones.

"No, you're not doomed for lonliness." Dawn smiled. "Ralph married Sue Dearbon."

Ralph's eyes widened and Caitlin waved a napkin to him for air. He would faint if I tell him he has a son. Dawn thought.

"How about you two?" Iris asked the girls.

They shrugged at the same time, resembling each other so much in the moment.

"We're both CSI's like dad. We work alongside him everyday in CCPD and on field too." Dawn replied.

"So you're both superheroes?" Cisco grinned.

Nora nodded. "I'm known as XS and Dawn's known as Velocity. We got this names from our moms."

Caitlin and Iris smiled at the same time, leaving everything complicated behind for a second.

The questions were coming and coming but the girls decided they answered enough.

Caitlin and Dawn returned to the apartment. It was getting dark and Caitlin offered to watch a movie. After that, Dawn went in her room and grabbed her time journal. It was quite different from Nora's. She wrote down the things she mentioned to the team and checked if there were any changes in the timeline. She also wrote down the things that she could mention. Of course, it wouldn't be wise to ramble about the life their parents have in the future because if anything, Nora might not be born. She needs to be careful so evrything goes as it was supposed to.

But the biggest thing is that she shouldn't mention aunt Iris' husband.

Because if she does, neither Nora, Dawn, their sister and Nora's brother might not be born.

He's the key to the future, to everything.

If Barry doesn't time travel, then there will be no Caitlin and Barry's family.

She closed her journal and layed down on the bed. The timeline was a big headache. Legends had too much energy to deal with the time, Dawn didn't have half of it.

She wanted to go back home, to her mom, dad and sister. She wanted to sleep on her own bed in her own room. In her timeline.

Nora might like here and feel like home, but Dawn has absolute zero intnetions of remaining here for too long.

There's nothing like home here. Her parents look at her like strangers, her father even more. Dawn has a feeling he doesn't want her here.

Why would he? Dawn's a daughter from another woman whom he doesn't love. He has a wife and a daughter. Dawn's just an add up. She feels like stranger. Banished from her home. Her mother's trying her best but even she feels strange seeing Dawn. She doesn't belong here.

And like that, she fell asleep, holding her journal tight to her heart.
