Forgotten Broken Heart (MHA x Reader)

Sports Festival Obstacle Course

Whelp today was the day.. The day of the sports festival, there were mixed emotions coming from everyone in the room. There was tensions, excitement, Nervousness, Anger... I know, you don't really expect anger in all of this, but I think you know where it is coming from.... Ding ding ding!! Bakugou!! and to surprise a little from Todoroki as well. 

Todoroki ended up making a declarations of war on Midoriya, claiming he is stronger then him and he will beat him, Midoriya agreed. 

'wow, what a way to let yourself down.' 

We soon had to make are way out to the arena. 

"And from the hero coarse class 1A!!" I heard Midnights voice speak. 

as we came out of the tunnel people were cheering. 

Also I should point out Idk what Midnight thought but to represent us, she called up Bakugou and me. Lets just say it didn't go well, like at all. Bakugou said he was going to win and that everyone else is just stepping stones, people started to Boo him. 

'One way to get people to hate you and our class more.' 

once he walked off Midnight pushed me to say something.

'wait.. does.... does she not know?' 

"Um... Midnight, she's mute.." I heard Mic's voice speak.

'thank you!! even though I am not mute.' 

"oh.. well you can just go back then sweaty." She seemed embarrassed learning the new info. 

So I did just that and walked back to my class. 

After she recovered from the embarrassment she went on to explain the first event and rules. The first event was a postictal coarse. 

After our class and everyone else were put into a tunnel. I was located in the middle of the crowd. I wasn't bothered just wanted to get this all done with. everyone got ready waiting for us to be let go. During the wait I thought of a plan, I didn't have much time but I came up with something right when they let us go. 

I ran getting to a more spaced place before jumping and landed on someone's shoulders before pushing myself off of them and jumping onto someone's head and doing the same thing. Once I pushed off of the forth person Todoroki froze the ground getting a bunch of kids stuck. I continued to jump on people till there was no one left and I got back on the ground and ran. 

Todoroki was the first one out of the tunnel. Bakugou wasn't far behind him once he got out of the tunnel yelling. Other people fought the robots or dodged them while I just ran straight through. I used my quirk to control them so they could keep an open path for me and keep others away. Once I was out of that area I stopped my quirk letting the robots do as they please. 

Todoroki was still a head along with Bakugou. 

The next obstacle was a canyon with wires and things leading across. When I got there people were basically covering or blocking the wire. So I activated my quirk not slowing down as I ran, I prepared, once I got near it I jumped over people before I began to fall but quickly activated my quirk, now I was running across the under side of the wire. I had switched my gravity so it was the other way. 

"Whoa!! Would you look at that! Y/l is running under the wire!" I heard Mic exclaim through the intercom as they would talk about what went on. 

"Have you ever seen anything like this Aizawa!?" Mice exclaimed.

He grunted before speaking.

"No, but Y/l is much different, there is nothing like her quirk not much known about it. But she is also not like other people, she may be mute and silent, but she is independent, and though she doesn't show it, she seems to know a lot." 

"what do you mean?" 

"She never shows emotion, but even when attacked she is unbothered by pain and seems to know what she is doing, She is loud with her action instead of words."

"Like she knows what she is doing? like she has done it before?"

"Possibly" 

'Maybe focus on the event and not how strange I am.' 

I continued to run on the wire till I got the the end, I jumped while grabbing the wire swing myself up right before switching my gravity back to normal. Once I was steady on my feet I continued to run. 

Todoroki and Bakugou were a head in the next coarse, but they seemed focused on stopping each other.  

Once I got to the next coarse I saw a sign warning of mines. I didn't mind I ran through is deactivating mines as I passed them and reactivating them as they got behind me. as I was running I heard an explosion, looking over I saw Midoriya riding a piece of meddle and placing bombs as he would go to land making him shoot back up into the air. 

I got back in focus continuing to run, looking over at Todoroki and Bakugou they seemed distracted by Midoriya before continuing to make there way to the end. 

Looking back up I saw Midoriya was out of bombs and was falling. Instinct kicked in and I speed up before jumping in the air and catching him. Once I landed on the ground I placed him on his feet. He was looking and me with shock evident on his face. I nodded my head to the side toward the finish line, he seemed to get out of his trance and nodded before running for the end. I ran right next to him making sure not to go to fast. 

"Well would you look at that, after Y/l caught Midoriya they both become neck and neck for the finish line, who wi- What is this!? Y/l is slowing down letting Midoriya be in the lead!!" Mic exclaimed 

Aizawa just hummed. 

"And Midoriya is in first!!"Mic exclaimed as he passed the finish line. 

I finish not to far from him. Looking over at Midoriya he is excited but also out of breath sweating. While I am calm and haven't broken a sweat yet. I made sure to charge extra and eat a bunch of battery's before this so I was stocked up on energy. 

I walked to the side grabbing some water bottles. I made my way to Midoriya getting his attention before Handing him a water bottle before walking off. Next I went to Todoroki who didn't finish not long ago. I also handed him a water bottle before walking off once more. This time I made my way to Bakugou who was upset he didn't get first. I did the same things as the other two and walked off. I made my way to a clear spot away from others who were just arriving. 

I opened my water bottle taking a sip feeling the cold liquid go down my dry throat. Letting out an exhale of hair, I looked up watching everyone that was arriving. Most were our of breath and sweating, some have a few minor injuries while others had a little bit more serious injures. 

closing my eyes and breathing in through my nose before letting out a sigh. I stood from where I sat and walking into the building. I knew they would give us a little break from the next event so I wanted to get into some shade to stop the sun from beaming down on me.
