You wake up feeling drowsy. Your head is still resting on Eddie's shoulder and your whole body is pressing against his. His head is resting against yours and you notice that he too has fallen asleep. As you try to shift your body Eddie's head falls to rest against the back of the couch. You sit up and try to move away from him when he suddenly wraps his arms around you, pulling you to him again. Your body freezes and you whisper his name. "Eddie, wake up" but he doesn't. You feel his hand moving to your side and squeezes softly where he earlier pinched you. A shiver runs through the right side of your body. You hadn't been touched like this in a long time and you really missed it. You gulp hard and get back to wake him up. "Eddie" you say a little louder this time, patting his cheek gently. Sure enough that made the trick.
"Hmm…?" His eyes open and he looks up at you. You're practically sitting in his lap. It takes some time for him to notice him holding you tightly against him, his chest almost resting on your breasts. "Oh" he says as he lets go of you. "I must've drifted as well. I'm a snuggly sleeper. Sorry" he continued as he let out a few tired laughs. You sit back on the couch now at arm's length again. You're too shy to say anything. Having him hold you like that made you feel a warmth between your legs and tingly all over. "I was going to wake you up but you looked so cute when you were sleeping so I didn't" he smirked.

Feeling the shyness taking over, you quickly shook it off, tired of yourself always being shy. "I guess that makes me rude for waking you" you teased. Eddie grabbed his chest with his hands with great speed. "You injure me, princess" he says as you both start laughing.
You look at the clock and notice that it's past dinner time. "I should probably get going" you tell him. "Indeed, dusk is upon us. Let me drive thee home" he replies as he gets up from the couch. He reaches his hand out to you to help you up. This time you don't ignore it and place your hand in his.
As you're sitting in the car, both smoking and listening to music. You have always appreciated rock and metal but didn't really have any cassettes at home. You really liked his taste in music. You lean your head back on the headrest as the wind blows through your hair from the open window. "Did she have a good time, at least?" He asks, meaning you. "Yes I did. It was a nice exchange from just sitting at home doing nothing or hanging out with Robin and Steve" You laugh. "Don't get me wrong. They are fun to hang out with. But a change of scenery is always appreciated." You smile, tilting your head towards Eddie. He smiles softly back at you. "I had a great time too. T'was a long time ago I hung out with someone this cool" he winks.
You guide him through town to your house and he stops outside. "Have a good night's rest, princess. See you tomorrow for the adventure!" He says. His hands are still on the wheel but you could see them trying to twitch away from it. You were hoping he would just grab you and kiss the shit out of you. But then again you also didn't since you were afraid to be in an intimate relationship of any kind. "You too! Yeah see you tomorrow" you smiled as you hopped out from the van.
Luckily your parents were not too bothered that you were away for a long time without calling. They did trust you and were also caught up in their own shit. "Where were you then?" Your dad asked when you got through the door. "At a friend's" you reply. You got a simple "Okay" back and you went to eat the leftovers they saved for you.
