Yeji's POV

I was tired to think about what Haeun has been doing. I swear if she goes overboard I would break up with her.

I decided to continue work and maybe oick up Chaeryeong if I end this earlier.

While I was doing work, mom suddenly called me.

"Hey sweetheart"

"Hi mom, what is it?"

"Your dad is dealing with Chaeryeong's credit card now so you don't have to worry"

"Ah really? I was actually going to work on it as well"

"No need sweetheart but can you and Chaeryeong come along tomorrow? I'm going to the daycare and I need a little bit of help from the two of you"

"Oh, I'll go ask Chaeryeong then if she's available"

"Okay, that sounds great sweetheart. Are you at work?"

"Mhm, I dropped Chaeryeong off to her work as well. Probably going to pick her up later"

"That's lovely sweetheart, well I have to go first now since I need to pack up the things we'll be needing"

"Okay mom"

"I love you"

"I love you too mom"

After talking with mom on the phone I continued to do work since I still have a lot of time for the day.

The daycare was one of the places I like to go to, especially with mom. We meet some cute and playful kids there....

Right after work, I drove off to Chaeryeong's work. She should be done by now right? I went down from my car and entered the building. I finally saw her there but she was talking with someone else.

"Chaeryeong" I called her as I walked towards her

"Oh Yeji, you're here" she said with a smile.

"This is Natty by the way, she's my former classmate" she told me and I nodded

"Nice meeting you" I said to Natty.

"Nice meeting you too, here to pick up Chaery?" she asked me and I nodded

"I thought you have work to do" Chaeryeong said and looked at me.

"Yeah, I finished earlier today. I had nothing else to do" I said to her and she nodded

"Well, goodbye Natty, see you again next week" she said to the girl and waved goodbye. The both of us went to the car and I drove us both back home.

As soon as we arrived, Chaeryeong went up to her room, probably to change. I checked if Yubin or Serin was around just to make sure.
When I checked, they weren't around so I guess me and Chaeryeong could eat outside. I went up to her room and knocked on the door. Later on she opened it and I saw her in a tank top and pajamas. She wear those to sleep? I was shocked to see her like that because she rarely shows off skin.

"Yes?" she asked and raised a brow. I shook my head and sighed

"Umm, there aren't any maid around tonight, should we-"

"Really? so may I cook dinner for us?" she asked

"H-huh?" I asked, confused

"I mean if it's okay with you, may I cook dinner for us tonight. I always wanted to cook dinner for someone else other than my step mom and step siblings" she said with a smile
