Dear Mother,

I'm doing good here. I've reached soundly and safe. The atmosphere here is just beautiful. Its quite enchanting. Everything is just fine in here.

The welcoming was amazing. The feast was fantastic. The sorting went well. I got sorted into not Slytherin house. Gryffindor, I am sorted into Gryffindor house. I'm sure its quit disappointing but people in this house are also very welcoming and are from good families. I've made few friends also. The classes are all starting today. I'm excited.

How are you? How is everyone? Hoping your well being.

Walburga collapsed on the couch as soon as she read the letter penned by her first son, the heir of the fortune, who she had always looked up to. Hoped to. Was sorted into a 'non Slytherin house'? Let alone the revival.

She had always thought he will surely be in Slytherin because of all of pure blood actives which he had followed and practiced for years now and was all ready to be the young heir. She felt anger, panic arise in her. Her heart shattered into millions of pieces like a broken glass slab. She hadn't expected a news as disturbing as this, on this bright & fresh early morning. She was hurt after a long time. First it was when she was engaged to her first cousin. And this is the second time ever in her life she feel so hurt. Thoughts kept running in her mind.

'How will she, her husband, Regulus and all the other family members face the world?'

In fact even 'devastated ' is an understatement to say what she's feeling right now. She has never in her life felt so humiliated, let alone by someone whom she call her own. Her own son.

Orion and Regulus were also in the same room. They both stood there in shock, processing what Walburga had just read aloud. Orion couldn't contemplate what was going on. He felt betrayed by his own son who had promised to him that never in his life he would do anything that would bring his parents name low in shame. And now here it is a perfect example for what they'd say 'fake promise'.

Regulus on the other hand has never even in his wildest dreams imagined that of all people his brother, HIS OWN BLOOD BROTHER would do this to the family he is born and Was pampered all his life till date. Not to mention enough shame he has put the family in all these years by his mischief. That wasn't considerable but this, him being sorted into other house- God this was so disgusting. He felt disgusted by his own brother. And to even call him his own. His only fear was being away from Sirius. Sirius has always been his protector. He's always looked up to his brother who is a lot more experienced in everything.
