Today is the first day flilming on set and it is great seeing everyone again. We had already been and looked around set before today so we would know where to go. I pull up with Yaz and we are greeted by the lovely Alice Oseman. Me and her run through the two scenes I am filming today.
"Are you comfortable filming these today, we can run them tomorrow if you'd feel better then. We can film the school gates one today instead?" Alice asks.
"No no, I'm perfectly fine with the current plan. I'm kinda easy, I like to go along with other people's plans rather than my own. Probably for the best." I joke.
Me and Alice get on great I am so happy we do because otherwise it would be awkward.
Kit finally turns up, 15 minutes late may I add. He smiles as soon as his eyes meet mine.
Is he checking me out?
"So are you ready for the kiss scene today?" He asks me smirking.
"Kiss scene?" I question. He giggles and opens his script to the scene me and him are filming today.
"Alice told me there was a kiss scene but I didn't know it was with you. Ewwww." I softly laugh trying to hide my panic.
*Lexi and Nick kiss*
"What! Why do they kiss? They are best friends! It is supposed to be nick and Charlie!" I panic yet again. I couldn't kiss Kit. It would feel... I don't know how it would feel. Wait! How would it feel?
Because filming was postponed by a week I guess I thought reading the script would be a waste of time as I am forgetful. I still should of checked. I've known Kit for almost a month now and it's not long but he is one of my closest friends.
"As if you didn't know you had to kiss me. You were definitely looking forward to it" He smiled and nudges.
"Oh yes definitely can't wait" I chuckle. He smirks effortlessly. Everytime this man smiles butterflies appear in my stomach. Does this mean? No!

This can't be happening.
I am snapped out of my trance when I hear Alice ask me and Kit to prepare for filming. Fuck. This is happening now. We film the start of the scene but I was really nervous so it caused a few mess ups but then here comes the kiss.
We are both sat on the floor with a green screen behind us... My hands are shaking, Alice noticed and calls a cut.
"Libby? Everything okay?" She asks.
"Yeah I'm fine, I'm sorry I'm just paranoid my breath smells or something."
Liar.
After a much needed break we sit back down and begin the scene again. Kit leans in slowly...
Here we go.
His lips connect with mine, instantly the world spins 50 times faster yet slower. My head hurts from the thinking. It seems to be lasting forever. He tastes like a sweet apple. A good kind of sweetness.
I pull away as Lexi but as Libby I want to stay there forever.
"CUT!" shouts a strange voice. "That was perfect. So perfect, it seemed so real from you both. Amazing work guys. We will call you when it's ready for the next scene."
We both nod and I quickly head straight to my trailer to process what just happend. I sit there in silence until I start sobbing uncontrollably. That's when I heard the door open...
