The police finally turn up and they begin to examine the house. They tell us to go upstairs and wait so we would not be in the way. Me and Kit put on a movie called purple hearts. I cried during the whole thing. Secretly I think kit cried too but he won't admit it.
The police knock on the bedroom door with small circle things in a clear bag.
"So it seems you were right Sir, we have found four cameras and two voice recorders all between your living room, Miss Mae's room and your hallway. We need to ask if they are the only places Mason have been in your house." A lady officer says. I break down.
"Kit, they have been there for over two days. He will have seen me change and everything." I sob collapsing into kits arms.
"Cmon let me get you to the bed. I promise I will be back. I'm not leaving you. Ever." Kit says as he puts me on the bed and shuts the door speaking to the officers.

Libby collapses into my arms sobbing. I hate seeing her like this. She was distraught. I put her on my bed and tell her that I won't leave her. Then go outside to speak with the officers.
"I understand this is hard for her. There was one camera and one voice recorder in her room. Then two cameras in the living room with a recorder then a camera in your hallway." The officer says.
"Okay, thank you. What will happen to him?" I ask hoping he gets put away. "He will arrested for sure and put in prison for a long time if found guilty. We have all the evidence we need the screenshots and messages so he should be going down." She smiles at me.
"Thank you officers for your time."
I go back into Libby and see that she has calmed down. "Hey how are you feeling?" I say
"I feel fine. I'm just scared." She says wiping tears from her face. I comfort Libby and tell her it's all over now. Then we go downstairs and i make food for both of us.
Libby was sat there with her rosy cheeks and little puffy eyes. She looked so cute just eating her pasta.
"Do you ever wish we weren't pretending?" She asks looking at me. Her eyes are a clear blue. So pretty.
