Richard realised immediately. Zoe was already clicking away. He looked into Anna's eyes, and shouted – "That's enough!" and Zoe stopped in surprise. The crew looked on, shocked that he had raised his voice. Anna was filled with dread. "Wrap it up. This shoot's over." He said. The crew knew better than to question him. They quickly began packing up. "I want everyone out in the next two minutes." He said, quietly, but there was such deadly silence that his words carried clearly. "Anna, wait. We need to talk." He said, noticing that Anna was trying to get up. She nodded tiredly.

Everyone filed out quickly. He told Julia that they could all meet him the next evening, and not before then. He also told her to cancel all his appointments till the next evening. And then he told her to leave, which she did, stealing one last look at Anna.

Anna was still kneeling by the chair, struck by the fact that he'd just called her 'Anna' and not 'Ms. Wrenner' like he otherwise did. She was trying to guess at what he'd inflict upon her now, but she couldn't think of anything. She couldn't muster the strength to get up from where she knelt. Soon enough, Julia was gone, leaving her alone with Richard West. He gently helped her stand, and then picked her up in his arms. She did not have the strength to protest. It was all she could do not to pass out. His strong arms carried her to the elevator, which zipped up and came to a stop only at the topmost floor, the pent house.

I'm sorry it's short... Thanks a lot for sticking with the story so far. I am planning to end it in a couple of chapters, which, I think you'll have within the next 24 hours. Probably less, as I'm pretty excited myself, to see it 'completed' for once. I do have an ending in mind, and I hope you like it. No, I haven't forgotten this is a Romance story, in case you were wondering, haha. :)

Thanks for reading so far.
