Once I was upstairs, I went into Draco's room. He had been calling my name. "What's wrong?" I asked, seeing him standing shirtless in the bathroom. "Nothing." He said casually, smiling. I frowned, curling my lip in confusion. "Then why did you call my name like ten times?" I asked.
"Because I wanted you to come here." Draco said, starting to brush his teeth. "You couldn't have waited a few more minutes? I was talking to Enzo." I said, grabbing a spare toothbrush out of the top drawer below the sink, starting to brush my teeth too. "About me." Draco mumbled.
"Well, yeah— is that a bad thing?" I said. I was glad he could even understand me even while having a mouth full of foam from the toothpaste. "No, it's cute." He said, hooking his arm around my waist while I looked down and smiled. "Then why didn't you give us a few more minutes?" I asked again.
"Because Enzo is a nosy prick and I'm sure he can wait a bit longer to hear about what happened." Draco grinned, stroking a hand through my hair.
After brushing our teeth, Draco turned the shower on. "Want to join me?" He asked, grabbing a towel. "I'd love to." I smiled like an idiot, so he grabbed two extra towels, grinning to himself. I undressed myself quickly, placing my clothes down on the chair in the corner of the large bathroom.
I got into the shower first, sighing deeply in relaxation while allowing the hot water to cover my entire body. When Draco got in, I felt a kiss being placed on my shoulder. He was standing behind me, yet I knew exactly what kind of face he was making. He was grinning, shaking his head a little.
He reached for the bottle of shampoo next to us, pouring a decent amount of it onto his hand, then started massaging it onto my scalp, very gently, yet thoroughly. "Now you'll smell like me." He said in a soft voice, while I catched a strong whiff of the shampoo. It was peppermint and tea tree, exactly what his clothes and hair smells like.
"I'm glad. You smell so good." I sighed, closing my eyes while he rinsed the shampoo gently out of my hair after a minute. Draco applied conditioner onto my hair that smelled exactly like his shampoo. While letting it sit for a minute or two, he started to kiss my neck gently. "I love everything about you." He said into my ear, brushing his hand over mine.
I could cry from happiness in that moment.
"You're so precious.." He whispered, his hands gently caressing my waist, his fingers brushing over my lower belly. I laughed softly, my heart beating just a little bit faster than before. "Are you blushing now, sweetheart?" He grinned, kissing over my cheek. "Yes, I am.." I smiled.
Draco rinsed tbe conditioner out of my hair, making sure to not leave any of it behind on my scalp. He was taking such good care of me, he made me feel so appreciated, so damn safe. He washed my body gently, as his hands moved over the parts of myself that I used to hate because of the scars and bruises that had been left behind, I now felt like he was drawing stars around them. Even if they were gone. And they'd never come back.
I think that Draco muttered the words: "is this okay?" About ten times while washing my body. What he didn't know was that my eyes were closed, and that I was thoroughly enjoying the attention he was giving me. His hands left traces of magic all over me, and I felt sparks fly everywhere.
I turned around to look at him when we were both done washing ourselves. His beauty never failed to take my breath away. He brushed my wet hair out of my face, stroking the back of his hand over my cheek. "I love the way you look at me." Draco said, and I wanted to say the exact same thing to him.
"You're worth looking at." I said, leaning in and placing a kiss on his chest, because I couldn't reach any higher without standing on my tippy toes. He looked down at me, his hand at the back of my head. I was covered in love marks from last night and I could see his eyes moving down to each one of them. I never wanted them to fade.
