Chapter 23: The Sand Slbings & Chunin Exam Forms

It has been a bit since Team Seven mission to the Land of Waves which turned out to be more than just a C-rank mission. Since then, Team Seven has been doing nothing but simple D-rank assignments consisting of pulling weeds, dog walking, and cleaning trash out of the stream.

Nobody complained about the missions except Naruto, who was completely bruised from messing up every mission and getting himself injured.

After their last mission for the day, Kakashi pulled his team aside before dismissing them for the day.

"I want you all to meet me at the bridge tomorrow ar noon," Kakashi said.

"Understand," The team said.

Everyone then started to leave while Karen headed off to do the library to see if she could find any information on her new eyes.

She arrived at the library and searched for information on dojustu, hoping to find something on her new eyes.

'There must be something that can explain why my eyes or different now.' She thought, looking for the books on dojustu.

After a few minutes of walking around the library, she found the section with books on dojustu.

"Alright, let's see what they got here," Karen said, looking at the books until she found one that she thought would be helpful based on the type.

'This book seems to have some kind of history on dojustu and some founder of ninjas. There must be something here about what happened to my eyes in here,' She thought, heading to check this book out.

"I would like to check out this book," Karen said as she headed the book to a man with short brown hair wearing black square glasses.

"Ah Karen, good to see you again. Enjoy your new book," He said, heading her to the checkout cared after writing down the return date on the card.

"Thank you, Hiroto," She said, grabbing her new book and leaving the library to head on home and read her new book.

Karen was currently sitting in her living room with her new book in her hands, getting ready to read it.

"Now, let's see what this book say about dojustu. Hopefully, there is something about my new eyes in there," She said to herself as she opened the book.

'There is information on some Sage of sox paths, but there are just rumors of him having a Dojutsu called Rinnegan that looks similar to my eyes. However, I don't know if this book will be much help.' She thought as she closed the book heading towards the kitchen to make dinner before heading to bed for the night.

The following morning Karen woke up to see that it was seven thirty in the morning. She hopped in the shower and got changed into her usual outfit, and put on her sunglasses before heading to the kitchen to eat some breakfast.

She ended up making an omelet and bacon for breakfast. After breakfast, she decided to go for a walk until it was time to meet up at the bridge.

"I wonder what he wants us to meet up for today.' She thought as she was currently walking out of her apartment to go for a walk after putting her shoes on.

"It's probably just another mission," She said to herself as she passed villagers getting ready to start the day as she walked through the villages.
