"So, tell us a bit about the album. What does this mean to you and how come you took a different route to your old stuff?" Kelly Stanley asked her on a daytime talk show.
"This album means everything to me. You might be familiar with the internet kind of turning against me for a while," Kelly chuckled, "and it put me in a really dark place but I got some really wise words from someone who I'm extremely proud to call my friend, Frank Donnie. He told me to take all this negativity and make it work for me. Make it my brand. It was really eye opening because I was there thinking, 'oh god, everyone hates me, I'm just going to hide away until it all blows over' and he made me realise that I didn't have to do that. I didn't have to hide away, I could take it and run with it, so that's what I did." Sienna explained and the audience clapped.
"I love it. You've always been branded as this pure, innocent girl, but it's really amazing to see this new badass side to you. Were people surprised to see this change?" Kelly asked and Sienna nodded.
"Yeah, my parents were especially shocked. They didn't know I had it in me. My mum has Twitter, barely knows how to use it. I don't really respond to mean tweets much but I don't have to now because any time someone hates on me, my mum will just reply to the tweet with a link to the 'Look What You Made Me Do' video." Sienna admitted and everyone laughed.
"Just nothing else, only the link."
"Yeah, it's honestly iconic."
"It really is. Well it's great to have you back and by the looks of the charts, the people are glad to have you back too!" Kelly smiled warmly at Sienna who just beamed.
"It's great to be back. And thanks so much for having me here."
Her life only seemed to go uphill from then. When she was nominated for a Grammy, she was over the moon. John and Paul were both nominated as well for different categories. Sienna's newest album was the first one Paul properly listened to upon it's release. He had wondered during her hiatus if he should reach out, he had a bad feeling that she wasn't doing too well. Humfrey could tell he was thinking about her, and made an effort to 'casually' keep bringing up how busy Sienna was and how she was so in the zone with her work she barely left the house. Though Paul was skeptical, he chose to believe Humfrey, knowing his out of the blue attempt to reconnect probably wouldn't bring her much comfort anyway. Hearing this new album, he was proud of Sienna. She had come a long way since she first started. She used to need his reassurance for everything and now, she fully relied on herself, it was nice to see. He still missed her, often questioning the universe on why he couldn't fully move on from her after all these years. She didn't need him anymore but he still needed her. It wasn't without trying though, he attempted to date again but found himself comparing everyone to Sienna. The night of the Grammy's he was determined to go up to Sienna. He watched her from a distance as she talked with John, this was the perfect chance. But something inside of him told him not to. So he slumped back in his seat and waited for the show to commence.
This was the first award's show where Sienna didn't have a date. She hadn't dated anyone since her downfall online and she felt happier for it. She didn't feel as though she had to have someone which was a surprising feeling to Sienna. Before, she used to feel lonely without a man by her side, but now she felt empowered.
"Best pop album goes to... Sienna!"
Paul looked back to Sienna's table to see her crying into a hug with John. He was lucky enough to be seated at the same table as her. John was grinning like a proud dad as Sienna began walking up to the podium, only sitting back down when she began speaking.
Paul tried to listen to every word she said but he was mostly distracted by how beautiful she looked in her red silk dress. It reminded him of the night they attended her school ball. The night they became a couple. She looked enchanting, like always.
