All of us wanted to wait until Riley got back home before leaving but it was evident by 2am she was not coming back. So we all ended up crashing around their living room. It was the next morning, Thalia was still in her room, I think Michelle was in the shower and the boys had headed out to get breakfast. Meaning I was alone in the living room
But that didn't last long at all
"Yes Emily, I just got in and no there is no sign of him. Can I go now before you wake up my roommate?" I heard Riley say as I could also hear her fumbling with her keys before finally opening
"Yes Emily, I will be there tonight at 6pm. But if this goes south I swear to god, I will ruin your wedding" I heard Riley laugh, she walked into the dorm with a bag in hand wearing a pink jogger set
It had been a while since I think anyone had heard that
"I get that Em but our Dad isn't exactly the most reasonable person is he. Then tonight I'm dropping two bombshells on him? I'm asking to be murdered" Riley said walking into the kitchen, she placed a bag on the counter and kept her back to me, I don't think she had even realised I was here
"Alright, yeah after we've spoken to Dad I'll decide my next plan of action" Riley said running his hand through her hair
"No no, don't go all Emily on this please. This is my mess alright, just worry about your colour scheme or whatever it is your over analysing this week" Riley added with a light chuckle
"Yeah, I'll see you tonight, I love you too Em" Riley finished before taking a deep breath in turning and instant jumping
She took one look at me and her breath hitched before she bowed her head in the attempt to hide out in her room again
"Can we talk?" I asked but Riley look at me and shook her head lightly
"I think we've said everything that needs to be said" She said attempting to step away from me
"Riley please" I whispered
It wasn't long before the front door opened again revealing Eldon, West and Hunter. The moment they looked at the pair of us
The idiots then looked at each other before looking back at us
"We uh, brought breakfast?" Eldon asked holding up the bag of food, Riley offered them a smile
"That's sweet boys but I've already eaten breakfast, Mummy and Daddy like making sure their kids are fed" Riley said using the last snark of the comment to glare at me before walking into her room
"Man that was savage" Hunter laughed earning a glare from everyone in the room
"Hunter dude, read the fucking room" West said nudging him
"Are you okay?" Eldon asked placing the food down joining me on the sofa, I shrugged
Honestly, both Riley and I are in the wrong. But more so me at the moment, some of the shit I said to her should never have been said, some of the things I did never should have happened and vice versa
But at what point is it too late?
At what point do one of us go too far and end up pushing the other the point of no going back?

It was later that day, Thalia and Michelle had now joined the boys and I while Riley stayed in her room
"So what are the plans for today?" Michelle asked making all of us both look at them blankly, they tend to be the ones who know the idea
Before any of us could say anything there was a hammering on the door making all of us jump, the girls look just as confused which was never helpful
"Riley, are you expecting anyone?" Thalia yelled making Riley appear
"No, but I know who it is" She said opening the door
The amount of times now we've been here while Spencer arrives it's rather entertaining that he had no idea we are here
"What do you want?" Riley asked sounding rather annoyed making Thalia smirk turning to listen in less subtly
"I want to know why the fuck you kicked off last night" Spencer said
"Is the fact that I didn't speak to you for 2 weeks and that I didn't want you around last night, not a fucking message to you?" Riley cursed making Thalia gasp entertained
"Who do you think you are talking to" Spencer yelled
"Someone who needs to walk away right now before he says something he'll regret" Riley said crossing her arms across her chest
"What is going on with you Riley! I have warned you plenty of times that this attitude-" he started before Riley cut him off
"This attitude isn't the problem, the problem is the fact that you can't keep you hands to yourself Spencer. People talk and I've heard it all" Riley said this time leaving Prince Charming speechless
"So like I said, I suggest you fucking leave before you say something you regret" Riley said
"And we're over? Just like that?" Spencer said making Riley groan
"I've been taking space for the last 2 weeks and that clearly isn't working so yeah, I think so" She said making all of us widen our eyes
"Riley you can't do that, what about your parents deal? and our plans-" He stared
"my parents deal is no longer any of your concern and our plans were never our plans. They were your plans that you wanted to force onto me" She explained
"I don't want a big house outside the city, I don't want to be sat around looking after your kids while you fuck off for weeks at a time. Most likely cheating" Riley spat
"I didn't cheat" He whispered making Riley laugh
"Don't pull that card Spencer, I have a list as long as your Dad's debts that shows otherwise" Riley said
"I'm not doing this anymore, I don't fit your boxes and I really don't want to" She said before slowly closing the door
She turned back to us before closing her eyes gently and honestly I don't blame her. I can't even begin to think about what is going through her head
"Riley?" Thalia said making Riley open her eyes before looking amongst us
"I'm okay" she said before shaking her head walking back to her room
