I walk around your room frantically trying to packing all of my clothes. All sits in my bed organising and folding the clothes neatly that i had already thrown in my suitcase. There was an empty box labeled junk next to the bed.

"Aww my old dolls, i used to love these when i was younger!" I pick up some bad haired dolls that were all looking scruffy and pretty broken; limbs missing, covered in pen, basically everything.

"Will that go in the junk box?" A-lan asks raising an eyebrow already knowing the answer im gonna say.

"I cant throw these out! I have wayyy to many memories with them!" I place them onto a big wooden box thats almost already filled.

"I believe it would be more appropriate to throw away more things. Your aunt most likely will not like the emptiness of the junk box." A-lan gestures towards the sad little box on the floor, all alone, "you should think of taking this in steps, starting with small things, like one those dolls."

I sigh picking up miss percy. I look at her terribly painted nails 5 year old me did myself. I throw her into the box, listening to it thud at the bottom of the cardboard.

I frown, "there, i did it."

"Well done! Its progress!" A-lan says with a smile, its hard to be sad when he looks so happy. I take a deep breath and smile slightly.

"I only did this because your helping with my poorly packed clothes!" I flop next to him on the bed.

"And because I'm so loveable!" A-lan says proudly,

"Sure." I lay my head on his shoulder exhausted from barely sleeping the past couple of weeks due to stress. A-lan continues folding my clothes.

"I cant believe i have to so far awayy." I say scoffing. "I'm so happy i have the change to go to college with my two best friends but now i have to be hundreds of miles away for you! What am I gonna do without you!"

"You have done perfectly fine on your own without the company of me for many years!" He defends me but who am I kidding he literally helps me with everything. Id be hopeless without him!

"Barely!" I huff as a-lan finishes up, closing my suitcase.

"Ill come and visit you frequently!" He rests his head onto mine.

"You better!"

I sit on my bed watching tv alone. I hear a notification, I look down at my phone to see a text from aunt asking how I did with the sorting out.

I tell her it went well before, turning off my phone. I place it down next to me near the edge of the bed. I carry on watching tv till I hear a thud. My phone fell.

I reach down to get it to see it had slightly gone under the bed. I go to reach it looking under the bed when something catches my eye. MY NOTEBOOK!

I quickly swipe it up. The day a-lan and Addie left I lost it. Why didn't I check under the bed.

Im so dumb. I sit crossed legged on my bed with the book laying on my legs. I grab a pen from the sides and begins to write:

Guess what! I did it. Im Dating A-lan. Finally, but Now im leaving in a week for a College 100s of miles away! And im petrified that were gonna drift apart. I got a new phone and gave him my old one so we can text, so we wont go non contact for ages and he's gonna visit often! I just wish there was a way for him to get into college with me! But not until next year I guess.

I close my note book placing it into a pocket in my suitcase. I hear another notification, I pick up my phone to see a text from an unknown number.

Omg I forgot to mention! I dont know how I forgot this but me, Addie and zed moved into a small house with another person. I haven't spoken to her yet but Addie has over text, I've only spoken with her old two roommates that moved out. They didn't say why they both moved but im not bothered its their business.

She's about a year older than us. So there's not much age different between us, I just hope we can all become friends with no drama or arguments. Imagine how annoying it would be to live with people you hate.

I shrugged and placed my phone down, going back to watching tv.

"Y/n, you need to leave!" My aunt laughs sadly as I cling on to her with a hug.

"I dont wanna leaveeee." I yell as my aunt just about mange's to get me off.

I stand up wiping my eyes! She looks at me with a proud grin. "Go on!"

I pick up my suitcase talking in a deep breath. I open the door to see zed, Addie and a-lan all standing there waiting for me. We were using the mothership to get there considering it was about 5 hours drive to get there and this takes a couple seconds.

"Beam us up mothership please!" A-lan shouts as a blue lights circles us and we get teleported into the ship. A-lan quickly tells the mothership the address we need to head to and we get teleported infront of a small house.

"This is it." Addie smiles as she begins to walk towards the door, before opening it she notices a note that was seletaped onto to the handle.

The note read: going out, wont be back for a few days. Your new roommate Xx. 

"I guess we wont be meeting her today then," Zed steps forwards followed by me and a-lan.

We walk into a lounge. It didn't look that bad. The wall as where white with 2 grey sofas and a good sized tv, nothing massive but not small either. There was a white door leading to the kitchen, it was basically the same colour scheme, white with black tops.

I walk away from zed and Addie towards a hallway at the end of the lounge. Where were to doors on either side and a set of stairs. One door lead to a normal looking bathroom and shower and on the other side was a room. There was a plague on the door with the name "tia" carved into it in cursive.

"Fancy." I say slightly opening the door to take a peek inside.

"Is it really logical to go inside, this appears to be your roommates room." A-lan says nervously, he places a hand on my shoulder. "You would hate it if someone did the same to you."

I Huff and close the door again, "fine."

We make our way up the stairs, there's 4 room; 1 bathroom with a shower and 3 bedroom. I take the biggest room. I didn't need to ask, I won it in a bet, is was table hockey and I beat both Zed and Addie.

We walk into my new room it was nice, it had light blue walls, a single bed with a small bedside table, there was a white desk under either the window and a wardrobe next to it.

I placed my suitcase down beside the bed and walk over to the window, a-lan takes a seat on my bed.

I open the curtains to see an amazing view of a wall. I sigh and walk to the bed sitting next to a-lan.

"Promise you'll visit every Saturday!" I say falling back.

He turns back to look at me before lying down beside me. "I promise."
