CH 10 The Aftermath

Mischa's POV--

Walking down the hall I stop and look in the mirror at the hickeys littering my chest and neck. "Oh my god A did you have any restraint while marking me to kingdom come."

A stops and wraps his arms around me looking in the mirror for himself. "No Love but your accent just got really thick. Say it again see if you can make me hard with just your voice." I lay it on thick. "Oh bozhe." (Oh God in Russian)

Adrain hums and starts liking my neck. "You never did tell me why you have a Russian accent." I roll my neck to the side so he has better access. "My first language was Russian my Papa taught me it from the time I was a baby. Then my nanny was Russian too so the three of us would always communicate in Russian. I think my pops did it on purpose. It use to drive my mom crazy that we would talk and she would have no clue what we were saying."

Avery interrupts our moment. "Ughh you guys make me sick. But I did make a pot coffee if you guys want some." I rush to kitchen and grab a cup and pour the nectar of gods into my cup. I sip it slowly and moan. "Ummm."

Avery and Adrain are both looking at me with wide Bambi eyes. Adrain turns to Avery. "Is just me or does it seem like he just had an intimate relationship with his cup of coffee." Avery starts busting up laughing. "Oh my god Mischa I think you fucked a sense of humor into my brother." Adrain scoffs."Whatever."

We go to the living room after Adrain grabs a cup of coffee for himself. "So what's up Avery? By the way I love what you did to the living room it's decorated perfectly. I might like it better then the den/game room you did at my pops."

Avery covers his heart with hand rather dramatically. "Say it isn't so. I put a lot of work into that room for you I just didn't know you that well. As for D I know what he likes so it was easy peasy to decorate for him."

Adrain cuts off our conversation. "Excuse me but I was in the middle of something I would like to get back to so tell me what you want and get out Avery."

Avery crosses his legs and looks at Adrain."Well if you must know I'm just bored you stole my new best friend and have been keeping him all to yourself. I'm sorry D you are going to learn how to share." Before he has the last word out Adrain is off the couch and chasing him out of the room. I just sit back and laugh while I watch the show of them two throwing taunts back and forth.

I don't have any siblings but Adrain must know that Avery is just trying to get a reaction out of him and he falls into his trap every time. Adrain drags Avery back into the living room in a headlock. "Now be serious for once in your life and tell me why you are here."

He releases Avery who jumps down beside me glued to my hip like I will save him or something. "Well dear brother all my friends are busy and I hate being at mom and dads on the weekend with nothing to do so I came to bother you. Mischa being here was just a bonus."

Adrain sits on my other side. "Why didn't you go bother Angel he is your favorite brother." Avery scoffs. "Bohr is not. But I did go over there first and they wouldn't answer the door and I had to give Nicki his key back when I finished my job so that was a no go. Then I remembered I still had your key and came to bother you to take me to breakfast. Please D"

Adrain looks at me. "What do you think Mika should we take this twerp to breakfast?" Avery gives me puppy dog eyes and Adrain gives me a glare. I roll my eyes at them both of them. "Considering Avery is like my only friend yea we should take him to breakfast."

Adrian looks at me kind of hurt. "I thought I was your friend?" I sigh and grab his hand. "I thought you were my boyfriend ?" Avery chimes in. "Well this just got awkward I will be waiting in the car while you guys sort this out."

I look at Adrain while he stares at me with a blank face not saying a word. Oh my god did I read this whole situation wrong. Did I just lose my virginity in a one night stand or worse did he except friends with benefits. That is so not happening. My eyes start to water and I know I won't be able to hold back the tears. I get up and rush into A's bedroom and throw on my shirt and jeans quickly. I walk back through the living room past Adrain who is still just sitting there.

I want to scream at him or maybe punch him. I can't believe I fell for his bullshit. I give him a few seconds and when he doesn't say anything I go to the front door and grab my shoes. I don't even put them on I just carry them with me. I slam the door closed for good measure. I jump into the passenger seat of Avery's car. "Just go please." Avery looks at me with understanding eyes and drives away.

"Hey Mischa where do you want to go?" I sigh as I try to get my emotions under control. All the sudden I feel very dirty and just want to get my mind off this whole situation. "Lets just go eat. I don't care where."

I stare out the window as we drive. I don't even realize we have stopped until Avery's door closes. I look up and see we are at the diner Adrain took me to last weekend. It takes everything in me not to start bawling like a baby.

I somehow hold it together and go to the door where Avery is waiting. We walk in and go sit at booth. I sit down and order some coffee and so does Avery. Avery looks at me nervously. "I'm really sorry Mischa. I know D's a dick but I didn't think he would do that to you."

I try to smile. "It's not your fault Aves I just fell for his bullshit and I'm only mad at myself." The waitress comes and we order some breakfast plates. This is so not how I thought this morning would turn out not at all. Not only did I lose my virginity but I think I just lost Adrain too and that hurts the worst.
