BREAKING

Louise Bianchi to drive Jules Bianchi's Marussia around Suzuka.

After rumours of Charles Leclerc driving Jules Bianchi's 2014 Marussia, it has been announced by former Marussia F1 team boss John Booth that Jules Bianchi's little sister, Louise Bianchi would be driving it.

Booth said « I think letting Louise drive it is the best way of remembering Jules. Those two were the closest pair of siblings I've ever seen in my life. Jules would never jump in the car if Louise didn't send him a message or called her. I remember Jules telling me how Louise would sneak out to call him or send him a message when the race was away. »

Bianchi told us « I'm not going to lie when John offered me to drive Jules' car I cried. I know how much Charles cares about driving this car but when I got offered it I couldn't say no. This car owns so many good and bad memories but I want to make my own with it. Driving it around Suzuka, and hopefully not crashing it, will be like finishing what Jules never could and it's making me very emotional. »

The French driver has already made history becoming the first woman podium-finisher when she stepped in for Jak Crawford during the Dutch Grand Prix.

Louise will be on track Sunday right before the race. Make sure to watch the pre-race show to see her drive live.
