Ello my Cultists! I am very sorry but I am home sick rn so please ignore my writing for now. Sorry for the late update too, I recently got very busy.

Ariana Walter

I took deep breaths in, I felt like laughing, I really needed to, but instead I broke out in a large grin. Enyo looked at me, she was worried for how I was reacting... "Ariana, are you.... alright?" she asked and I started cackling..

"Am I- am I alright?? I live in a world where not only pollution thrives, but now demonic bats! An'- an' then you tell me that... that I am the daughter of the CAUSE of this mess.... and, and I just killed an ELF, an ENTIRE Shadow Elf or... MOON elf or WHATEVER and.. and.. your like some sort of goddess and I am ALLERGIC to gold and..."

I took deep breaths in again before falling to the floor in a fit of laughter. 

"And don't EVEN get me started on how I am FEELING right now...."

I started to laugh louder, all the people in a radius of 100 miles could probably hear me. So much for hiding. Enyo's disguise shifted away and I stopped laughing, suddenly. I felt a low rumble coming from under me and I quickly stood up. 

"EARTHQUAKE!!" I heard someone scream and as the ground shook harder, chaos erupted. Everyone ran into their homes, fires were quickly put out, glass and clay shattered, a small wooden house began to collapse and I ran with the crowd. I had never been in an earthquake before because where I lived, we never got them and we couldn't be THAT far away from my home. 

Then it hit me. 

Shitter bugs. 

THE BATS.

I heard the screeching and saw the sky go black before I saw them. 

Tiny bats. Hundreds of bats. Hundreds of tiny bats. And then we saw the cause of the rumble..

A large, Mama Bat raging through the forest.

Cue more screams. The small bats fell from the sky on top of us, I shrieked as I watched them splatter across the land.

I myself, ran for cover. None was really available, bats fell in my hair and tore at my scalp, tearing hair out of it. 

They were small, but fierce. And killing everyone.

I broke into the trees where the mama bat had been and hid by a tree, I felt safe but watching green, black, and red blood alike being spilled everywhere, I felt less and less safe. My body racked with sobs once again and I curled up under the tree. All of a sudden I felt a warm drip on my arm and looked up, and screamed.

Above me, hung the lifeless body of Zerella hanging above me. Her nech was bruised and her face was blue. I screamed and ran farther into the clearing when a small bat caught the back of my shirt. I coughed as my head hit the hard ground, spitting out blood and I sat on the ground, hacking for a few seconds...... 

When I realized how quiet it was. 

No more screams, shrieks, or wet splats. 

I sighed softly and a bat lunged off the ground at my face, it nearly bit my nose off as I screamed back and used my two weak hands to try and peel it off, by some miracle, I was able to fling it away but as it hit the ground and I tried to stomp on its head, it didn't die. Not even a drop of blood hit the forest floor. Nothing.

The bat just screeched and clawed the bottom of my shoe, ripping through the sole and the bottom of my foot. 

It flew away from me when I lifted my foot in pain, the only blood on this floor was my own. 

I slumped to the ground, I was in pain, lost, and tired now. 

My stomach growled.

Great, and I was hungry. I wiped my tears and picked myself up, taking my shoe off, slowly to try and inspect to the cut.

"Ouch" I mumbled and saw the bloody white sock under. I sniffed and peeled my sock off, the bottom of my foot was in pain and saw the bloody flesh, I sucked in my breath and tied the sock to my foot, biting my bottom lip. I put my shoe back on and leaned against trees, I was going to go back. 

I started limping back over there, the pain in my foot was mostly gone.  

It took me a while before I found my way back at the clearing....

Everything was destroyed. Tanner lay on the floor, her face had been cut open and her blood soaked through most of her clothing. 

I found Zerella in the forest. She had been stabbed through the neck with a branch on a tree, Colin and Enyo were no where to be found though. They had probably ran or just watched, knowing they couldn't die themselves and were perfectly safe. I swallowed my disgust.

I walked out of the clearing, maybe I could find a town or village near here that hasn't been hit yet and get weapons... although it takes a lot to kill them and I wouldn't expect guns to hurt them. 

I had started to get lost in though when the ground opened up and two, red, large, hands grabbed my ankles and dragged me under.
