Lili walked to Harold's bedroom, which is smaller than the undisclosed favourite son. Harold's bedroom is full of personality, it has a small plastic toy of a football goalpost and Tracey Emin's neon light art and drawing. There's also a picture of Banksy's mural art paintings. He has a DVD shelf full of movies as well as Playstation games.

She walked passed her boyfriend's bedroom that Lili knows too well. It is bigger than Harold's with a walk-in shower in his en-suite. Henry's bedroom looks more classic and minimalist with a bookshelf full of classics and children's literature he kept from his childhood. Among those are first edition of A.A. Milne's 'Winnie the Pooh.'

Harold's bedroom window has a view of the garden where the party was still on full swing at ten in the evening, and had no signs of slowing down any time soon, as Lily looked on. She watched Henry from afar, holding a champagne flute on his left hand as Rosie increased her flirting dose.

'Decided which game to play?' Harold arrived with a bottle of Grey Goose, an ice bucket and a bottle of diet coke, and a rucksack where he kept the glasses, limes and lemons and some slices of cake.

'Do I need to play or should I watch you play?'

'What's in your mind then?'

'Harold, I like your room.' She said even when her boyfriend's room is roomier, and that evening was actually Lili's first time to properly stay at Harold's room.

'It's very quaint, homey and lesser formal. It's you.' As she smiled at him, Harold felt an attraction towards Lili.

'We can just turn on the Blu Ray, and pretend we are watching as we talk whilst drinking our vodka diet coke and eating our cheesecake.'

'That is a better idea,' even when Lili was tipsy she still remained composed.

'28 Days Later or Gladiator?' Harold suggested.

'28 Days Later,' she gave him a nod of her approval.

'It's Pauline's, and I never returned it as I kept forgetting.' After all what are true friends for.

'Fine, it's only for the background.' Lili patted on the sofa where she was seated, to signal Harold where he would sit, and he followed her lead.

'May I say, it is rather weird that next door is my twin brother's room,' Harold took a mouthful of cheesecake.

Lili is no innocent, she have had sex many times in Henry's bedroom whenever they're in his house, sometimes as quietly as possible sneaking in themselves at the presence of his parents. Though Lili would only have sex in her bedroom in her house, whenever her father's away from business trip.

'I supposed it wouldn't be as weird if we weren't a couple,' she squeezed a half of lemon and half of like in her vodka and diet coke mixture.

Harold has heard them have sex for a few times, and enjoyed how Lili sounded. Though he kept his upper lip tightly sealed that night.

'It's fine Lili,' he assured her.

'Do you know where you're headed post-uni,' she sighed as she asked.

'Unlike you, I have two years more,' he smirked.

'Is it weird Lili that I want to forge my own path? Instead of joining the family business.'

Harold had always felt that his parents favoured Henry more, and their younger brother Frederick.

'That's one thing I like about you. Is it weird that I sometimes in silence compare Henry to you?' Lili's eyes gave off a somber look, in fact she looked somber that whole night.

'It comes with the package being the twin,' Harold felt jaded.

'Sometimes I wish Henry is as fun as you, even just half of it,' her confession just led their conversation in to a whole new depth of intimacy.

'Isn't that what you love about him, he is headstrong and has his head above his shoulders.' Harold took another bite of cake, that time it was the double chocolate cake.

'Yes he is conscientious,' she sighed.

'Are you okay?' He looked concerned.

'Harold,' she sighed and trying to withhold information.

'You can tell me anything, we are friends.' He patted her back for assurance.

'I had a pregnancy scare two months ago, thankfully it was nothing.' With how the way Lili said, it sounded as if he never told Henry.

'Gosh,' Harold felt shocked and bit his lower lip.

'I never told Henry,' she informed him.

'Why not?'

The movie was twenty minutes on, and it felt like Harold and Lili were talking for hours.

'I don't want to pressure him, but let's be glad it's negative. It's nothing.' Lili noticed there's a mini fridge in Harold's bedroom.

'Do you have a bottle of Evian in your mini fridge?'

Harold stood up and gave her a bottle of water.

'Thanks,' she drank half of the bottle.

'Lili,' Harold attempted to get more of her attention.

'I don't mean to be tacky, but I find myself starting to like you. Actually that's an understatement. I like you,' he swallowed hard, his jaw muscles relaxed from tension and tensed again.

'Harold,' Lili looked at him and rubbed his forearm in a friendly manner.

'Harold, I'm not yet ready for this.'

After all Lili at that time was feeling unsure of her love for Henry, as the more he took the lead and the more he was sure about her and their future together, the more she felt imbalance.

'I'm sorry I didn't mean to overstep my boundary,' Harold looked apologetic.

Lili is a very grounded woman, and level headed. Most women would already jump at Harold's confession, despite being three minutes younger and two inches shorter than Henry - in his own right he is handsome, tall and well-educated. He may have the lack of conscientiousness, but it doesn't mean Harold is any lesser. He is passionate. But Lili kept to her side and boundaries, she knows her place.

'You don't have to be sorry Harold, I appreciate your honesty.' For some reason her eyes were teary since hearing those, a part of Lili died that evening and she doesn't like anyone around her getting hurt even when such occurrences are inevitible.

'If I had asked you out first, would you go out with me?'

Lili smiled at her question and she is also the kind of person who spares no bullshit. 'Maybe but Harold it didn't happen that way. Let's leave the hypothetical past and what ifs in the past, it is not worth perusing such. Let's see how things unfold.'

'You're right,' he smiled.

There was silence for a while and that was the only moment Harold and Lili watched the film. Until Harold broke the silence.

'I really want to kiss you,' he let his desires out.

Lili kissed him briefly on the lips as a matter of consolation and making him giving a little taste of her.
