Alex's POV:
"And that's where the Populars sit. I personally wouldn't recommend befriending any of them but that's just my opinion." Michael tells me as he points out where every social group sits at lunch....WITH A MAP!
I personally didn't know that he knew how to read a map, much less draw one out. I mean sure, the pencil lines on the graph paper could be straighter and there cou- wait what am I talking about? I don't even know how to draw a map; so I guess I should stop complaining.
"Wait so the main stereotypes are the Nerds, Jocks, the Populars, the Drama Kids, and the Punks..right?" I ask Michael."Oh look you finally learned something." He replies back sarcastically.
"Oh look, you need to fuck off!" I say defensively as I roll my eyes and I punch him in the arm.
He smiles at me and honestly I think I felt butterflies in my stomach. Though I'm positive that I don't like him. I mean he's absolutely annoying. After awhile the bell rings, signaling that it's time for lunch. As Michael and I walk through the corridors, I'm surprised at how many decide to make out in the middle of the hall since I haven't really been to a school where strict rules were a thing in the past; I then start to grimace as I walk by.
Once we get to the cafeteria, I'm surprised at how mildly accurate the map is. And I go sit down at a table by myself as my douchebag of a tour guide abandons me.
