Aside from Hunter the other person that actually loved  and cared for Summer and her parents was Clave. Their butler. He was the only person that knew every truth to every event. He had seen blood and lust but he had seen honor and dignity. In his early fifties, Clave was send by Summer to Europe for some work.

Even though sometimes she regret trusting him with everything she had, he was like a father to her. Even Frank wasn't that close to her.

"I see you have a new friend, darling." He walked behind Summer. "I came back yesterday but didn't want to interrupt." His smile was real. Clave and his old hands gave Summer a big hug of missing. Looking at her eyes he knew something was wrong.

The shine on her face was simply gone and a whole dark cloud took her head.

"He is not a friend." She stated. She poured the old man a cup of tea and sat next to him on the table in the garden. Looking at the sky she got the power to tell him about the necklace.

"Clave can I ask you something?" She turned to his side. Grabbing his hand her voice shook and small tears made their way down.

By tapping his head down he gave her permission.

"Why this necklace is not on the big picture in the whole." She got the photo out of her pocket. The look on Clave's face was not surprised. He knew that one day she needs to finish what her predecessors started.

"I'll show you."

Days passed by since Hunter and Summer saw each other. Hunter dig down everything he could about the necklace on the photo and Summer learned things she never thought she would face.

The necklace wasn't actually a clue after all. It was meant to meet the two families after years of hatred and mistrust. And clear their names. But how was that supposed to happen?

"Go, see her." Lilith opened the curtain in Hunter's room. Actually the library became his room lastly he saw the necklace. "With what eyes, ma?" His grey eyes lost their color. The redness and darkness of the truth came and considering if it's worth all of this just to find his parents. A lot of questions wasn't answered.

More questions find their place. Even the rain outside didn't bothered him. But this kind of depression is tragic. It kills people. It eats their soul alive. Like a poison in their chest let out by the snake of Lies.

But the rain and sad weather didn't stopped him from going to Isaac's grave. He always stayed there when he needed someone. It gave him safety and clear mind.

The path there was long but worth. He never drive there. Isaac hated cars and any way of moving than walking. Robert watched out after Isaac for years. He said he found him on the road alone, crying and freezing. And now look where life took them.

Sitting down no tears fell this time. Hunter's head was full of sadness. "Where is the necklace then?"

"Why me?"

"Where are they?"

"How is she?"

The rain was pouring down and he was so in his head that the coming steps were muted.

"I'm fine." She set the umbrella up to his head. Kneeling down to the sited guy she looked to the grave. "Fly high." She said by placing her arm to her heart. She sat next to him handing the umbrella above them when suddenly she closed it. The rain fell on their heads like the burden for their families sins.

"How did you find me?" He asked her not moving. They just sat there. The three of them.

"The old lady was so good by telling me where you were. I came to your house to tell you that I have the address of the necklace." Hunter jumped from what he heard. Giving her a hand to get up he opened the umbrella and took her somewhere safe. Somewhere to dry themselves.

And this somewhere was his mother's favorite place to get away. A small hut near their house. The fireplace was last fired the night before Isaac took himself. They sat there and talked about the future.

Now... now he is sitting there with her wishing that tomorrow she will not be announced death because he didn't want to dig another whole."It last burned the night before I lost him. So don't die the next 24 hours." He had a smirk on his face. Maybe it was her that fixed his emotions and cleaned his head.

She wanted to see him.

She wanted to tell him.

And he was ready to wait for her again."The necklace is in Rye, England." Summer sat down on the small couch and took a sip from the chocolate.

Now they were friends.
