"Well that went well," I mumbled under my breath sarcastically as we landed back in the lost cities. Fitz had this dreamy far off look in his eyes that was getting on my nerves.
"She's amazing! Can you believe it? I didn't know she was a telepath!" he exclaimed. I rolled my eyes and scoffed.
"She's so amazing that she manifested before you. Who's so powerful now?"
"She manifested before you too. How does it feel to be knocked to third place?"
"Third is just below a scared little girl with an ability she doesn't understand and you. Not much to be worried about."
"At least she was nice to me," he countered, a frown starting to appear on his face. I had to hold back another scoff.
"Nice? I had to sit there and watch as the two of you made goo goo eyes at each other every step of the way."
"That's not true," Fitz argued, his face heating up.
"You're blushing."
"I am not! Shut up, Y/N." I rolled my eyes again at his utter stupidity.
"Why don't you run back home to your daddy and tell him about your new girlfriend? I'm sure he'd love to hear all about her." Before he could protest, I pulled out my home crystal and light leaped back home.

I stared at the marble ceiling and sighed. Had I gone too hard on him? Nah. He's probably fine. And if he wasn't, then it wasn't MY fault he was a baby. Maybe-" I snapped out of my thoughts when the frequent and annoying ring of my imparter blasted through the room. If I don't find a new ringtone for that thing I'm going to have a new dent in my wall. I looked at my imparter and saw it was from none other than Bianagrams herself.
"What do you want? Did Fitz put you up to this? I swear-"
"Is it such a crime for me to want to talk to my best friend? And why would Fitz have put me up to this?" I answer her question with a groan. She gives me a look that says "Really?" "Oh don't give me that look. We had a small fight. That's it." She didn't look convinced. "I'm serious, Biana. It was just a small fight. It's nothing."
"If it was nothing," her face broke out into a sly grin, "Then you wouldn't be so worked up about it." I groan. Not this again. "I'm just saying..." her voice trailed off and her grin grew wider. "If you only told him-"
"Tell him what? There's nothing to say." She sighed in defeat, having tried this particular tactic on me many times before. And like many times before, she knew she was out of luck and not getting anywhere with this. It was time for some vengeance "On the other hand, you and Keefe..." Her face turned beet red and she looked down.
"I don't like him anymore. Anyways, I'm pretty sure he likes someone else now." Before I could ask her what she meant by that, my imparter started buzzing with another call.
"Speak of the devil..." I mumbled under my breath. "I'm going to have to call you back B. Give your brother a nice kick in the shins for me!" She giggles and hangs up, and I accept the call from one of my other best friends. "You have about five seconds to explain to me why you interrupted my call with Biana before I-"
"Jeez girl, if I knew I was interrupting girl time I wouldn't have called so soon," Keefe said, with his signature smirk.
"Too late now. What's up?" I questioned. I was genuinely curious about what he had to tell me.
"How were the Forbidden Cities?" he asked, a mischievous smirk spreading across his face. I couldn't play it off.
"What? How did you know that?"
