Rory's POV
I was happily asleep when I felt Logan trying to wake me up
- Ace your beautiful when you sleep but we kinda have to get to an important parents meeting
- Do we? Really?
- Hey don't complain Ace you are the one who had the idea. Come on I'll help you get ready
- what?
- You're my wife to be so I better treat you right
- Haa so are you sure it's not you want to go shower with me?
- Well that may be a part of it

A few hours after Logan and I were ready we got into the car and we arrived to a fancy restaurant in New York Mitchum was the first one to talk

- Logan you better be here to explain why Odette called of the engagement. Rory? What is SHE doing here?
- Dad calm down. Rory and I are getting married.
Right then mom and Luke arrived
- Oh Logan you better be kidding me, you did not left Odette for this piece of-
- Hey you do not talk to my daughter like that - Lorelai snaped
- Like it or not we are getting married dad. Neither Odette or I were happy in that contract of yours so you better let go of it. The wedding will be taking place in two weeks time you can either be there or not but if you go don't even think of being a bitch got it?

I couldn't believe Logan told that to his dad, he was very serious on the matter. He was determined to marry me, he loved me, and that warmed my heart. I grabbed his hand and squized his had gently and he kissed it. It wasn't long till Mitchum was gone, so we ended up having launch with my mom, luke and Honor.

Back in the car Logan started asking questions about our wedding, since the planner was coming tomorrow.

- I know you are I just want you to be happy too
- Having you by my side already is everything I need
- In that case, I'd like something small, friends and family mainly
- I agree Ace I don't think having a big party is really fit. Where would you want it to be?
- I thought maybe we could do it in Heartford, you know my grandparents house, it's a nice place and we have many memories there, like when you tried to climb my kitchen window.
- Hey I was young! But yeah it's a nice place of course if your grandma is okay
- Yes we should talk to her. About guests there's a few people I want to invite but I wanted to run it by you first.

- Your two exes really?
- They're my friends, you really don't need to worry, Dean is married and going on the fourth kid, and Jess is basically my cousin. You know how important they are for me, they really made me who I am
- Fine if that's what you want...
- Grate cause I already arranged a meeting with each of them, I want you to know them and see you really don't need to worry
- In that case there's someone I'd like to invita and I'd also want you to meet, Odette
- Amm- sure, I am totally onboard, but is she?
- She said she wanted to say friends and after what she did for me, for us, I think it's just fair
