Part 16

Y/n's POV:
Me and Javon had been out for about an hour now, we are sitting in a restaurant that we both agreed on, we had already ordered, I got a pasta salad and Javon got a pizza but we both said we'd share because we also wanted each others
"So, I don't actually know much about you Javon, you know a lot about me but I don't know a lot about you" I questioned
"Ok, well..." he started
"Carry on" I joked feeling like this was a professional interview
"So I've been boxing since I was four, and it's one of the things that I love doing and I hope that one day I will be a world champion, but I definitely want to go pro when I'm 18"
"Do you have any fights coming up?"
"I actually do, in around a month, it's not a big one but all of them are important to me"
He took a little pause
"Do you think you can come and watch me?" He quietly asked
"Sure I will be there I promise, I can't wait for it"
"Thank you, it's on august 28th, I'll text you the address when I know for sure" he said smiling
"What else do I not know about you then?" I asked.
Before he could answer the waiter came with our food and we both just put them in the middle so we could have what we wanted
"Anyway back to my question" I carried on whist picking up a slice of pizza
"Um.... Im an actor"
"What?!.... Wait what have you been in?"
"Well I'm ashtray in euphoria, Stanley in umbrella academy, grant in utopia, I've done a voice over and i have a movie coming out 26th of august called Samaritan" he casually spoke
"That is amazing, acting is like a proper talent, I just can't believe I don't know you, I've been asking my parents to let me watch euohoria but they won't let me and blocked it of my phone it's really annoying"
"I'm glad you didn't know though that's why I didn't tell you, the amount of people who judge me off of fame is sad because no one will then get to know me like you do and they see me differently"
"I understand what you mean, I won't see you differently though we know to much about eachother now"
"Thanks" he replied before taking a bite of pizza, we then just ate the food whilst talking about the most random topics, Javon had a few funny stories about times he was on set which were entertaining. When we were full the waiter brought the bill, my parents had given me cash to pay but Javon stopped me and payed for both of us, I thanked him and we decided to go to the shop on our way back to the campsite.
"What should we get, I'll pay for this though" I said since he had bought lunch for us
"We should get chips and cookies, I also promised Daelo I'd get him a ring pop at some point but I'll pay for that"
"Good idea don't worry I'll pay for it, it isn't much, can we get those mini Oreo's though I love those" I asked
"Definitely, I don't know how but they taste so much better than normal Oreo's" i nodded and agreed with him whilst we approached the shop, he locked out hands together as we walked in, and it made me feel safe and appreciated, like he wanted people to know that I was his and he was proud. Once we got all the stuff which were the chips, cookies, ring pop and I wanted some gummy bears as well so we got this, we headed back to the camp site we decided against racing because Javon would easily win against me on his bike. It is also out last night before we go home tomorrow morning so we want to make the most of it and stay up all night together since we can't sleepover every night when we get back.
