I woke up at 5:00 am for my daily workout. Always have to keep myself in shape. It really allows for better magic control. I put on black shorts along with a black running shirt and then head out.Got down in fifteen minutes and I did quick dynamic and static movements for a warmup and topped it off by running a lap around the quidditch pitch. Once I did that I conjured some dumbbells, barbells and other exercise equipment and started on bicep training.
I did multiple reps of bicep curls, bent over rows, deadlifts, shoulder press, concentration curls, barbel curls. Took a five minute water break, then went back at it. Added pushups, pulls ups, burpees, sit ups.
By now I'd be drenched in sweat except for the fact that I have a spell against excessive sweating. It only drys me up when the sweating becomes too much. Nonetheless, my sweat still shows just not as bad as it would be.
I go at it for some time before finishing bicep training and casting a quick tempus: 7:14 a.m.
Breakfast doesn't start till 7:30 and doesn't end until 8:50 a.m.
I can fit in a quick 20k (about 12 miles).
(A/U I searched up the fastest 20k and it was 54 minutes. Considering I'm making Harry be the MOD who's in shape and who's been doing this workout for millennia's, AND has magic that helps him with stamina and stuff unlike normal people, he can obviously run a 20k faster so yeah. That's my logic.)
I mapped out a route for something similar to a 20k and found it. I put on my headphones, pocketed my cassette and ran. It felt good to run. It clears your head. And there's nothing better then running with a view. I'll never get tired of looking at the beauty of Hogwarts. My first and only home.
But seriously, I'll never get tired of running. I love the way I can feel my heart thump against my chest. And the way I can feel fatigue crawl up my legs. And the way my shoulder slag towards the end. And the way it takes a few moment to catch my breath.
I guess I just love torturing myself.
Here I am catching my breath finally have finished my 20k. I happen to finish right outside the window of the Great Hall. Right, the wall behind the headmaster and professor's is sometimes made like a window. So you can admire outside. Though usually it's only done in the winter. So, that's weird. Maybe that's Dumbledore's doing.
As I straighten up from being bent over and having my hands on my knees, I wipe off any sweat on my forehead with my shirt. I inwardly smirk. I know exactly what's going on right about now.
It's probably around 8:00 a.m. Instead of casting a tempus I chose to dig into my pocket and hold out my pocket watch which read: 7:56 a.m.
I stand corrected.
I make my way into Hogwarts, destination being the Slytherin dungeons as I just want to take a quick shower and enjoy my breakfast.
—-inside the Great Hall when Harry coming back from his run—-
"Oh my...!" A fifth year muggleborn ravenclaw says.
"Peverell is certainly a catch!" Her friend responds. This catches the attention of those near.
They all start chirping in.
"Look at Peverell!"
"So that's where he went," muttered Nott who was organically worried when he didn't find Harry in his bed.
"Of course Peverell continues being the center of attention," sneers one Evan Rosier.
"what? Jealous, Rosier?" snaps Muliciber.
