Chapter 5

BEFORE 7 pm, nakahanda na ako from head to toe. I look at my reflection in a whole body mirror. I applied simple makeup to my face, and I smiled when I'm contented with my looks.

I'm wearing an above-the-knee black fitted dress. The curbs in my body are visible, my long legs are striking especially the left side where the small slit is placed, and lastly, my proud boobs are revealing. Hindi naman malaswang tignan, sakto lang. I'm so thankful to my cousin, she thought me a lot about the city kaya alam ko ang gan'to. I sighed, I missed them.

My phone rang, it was a call from an unknown number. Kahit nagdadalawang isip ay sinagot ko ito.

"I'm outside," he informed and ended the call.

Grabe, hindi man lang ako pinagsalita kahit hi man lang. Hobby ba niya ang ganun? Lumabas ako ng apartment na naka busangot.

Nang makarating ako sa kotse ni Sir, binuksan ko ang passenger's seat. Ang gwapo talaga, nawala tuloy ang busangot ko. He's wearing a dark blue shirt and ripped jeans. Mas maganda siguro kung wala siyang suot. Landi Athena!

I greeted him with a good evening but he only stare at me, stare at my body to be exact. I saw him clench his jaw. Hala, galit 'ata siya.

"A-ah, alis na po tayo, Sir?" I said and smiled nervously habang sumakay na ako at sinarado ang pinto.

Pangit ba ang suot ko? Sabi ni Saraya gan'to ang mga sinusuot sa bar, bigay pa nga niya itong damit na ito dahil sabi niya bagay sa'kin.

Lumapit siya sa'kin, nakatitig. Bumilis ang pintig ng puso ko, I can feel that it will explode at any moment. Sobrang lapit na ng mukha namin kaya pumikit ako. I can feel his breath in my face pero napamulat ako ng may tumunog. Peace-Tea ka, Sir Sancho!

"Seatbelt," he smirked.

Wait mo ang higanti ng isang Athena!

After 10 minutes na walang imikan, nakarating kami sa isang bar. Pagkatapos niyang i-park 'yung sasakyan niya, lumabas na kami. I can hear the loud sounds even if we're still outside.

"Why are you silent?" he asked, I glared at him. He smirk when he saw it.

Hinila niya ako papunta sa loob. The loud sounds and smokes welcomed us. Sumiksik kami sa maraming tao at umakyat kami ng hagdan papunta sa 2nd floor, the rooms for the VIP's. Two bouncers were guarding outside. When Sir told his name, they opened the door for us.

Nilibot ko ang paningin ko, the music here is much better than the outside, mild lang dito. Hindi rin masakit 'yung nagpapalitang iba't ibang kulay ng ilaw. May isang malaking table sa gitna, it's a rectangle table with sofas on each side. Kaunti lang ang tao at halata ring mayayaman.

"Goddess Athens!" Yve shouted and waved. I smiled at him and slightly wave my hand.

Kinuha ni Sir ang kamay na ni-wave ko at hinila papalapit sa tabi niya. I saw Yve smirk when he saw what Sir Sancho did. I also saw Jack at the table talking to a girl. Wala si Thed, hindi siguro pinayagan ng buntis n'yang asawa.

"Happy Birthday," Sir Sancho formally greeted the blonde hair guy as soon as we reach their table. Nagpasalamat ito kay Sir at bumaling ang tingin sa akin.

"H-happy birthday..." I shyly greeted him too and he said thanks and smiled.

"So, who's the beautiful girl, Sancho? Girlfriend?" the birthday guy playfully asked Sir.

"This is Athena, and this is Dash," simpleng pakilala ni Sir sa amin.

Dash extended his hands to shake hands and I was about to accept it when sir pulled me to sit beside Yve. Nahihiya ko itong nginitian but Dash only laughed. I felt relief that he was not offended by what Sir Sancho did.

"I don't know that you are that possessive, Sancho," tumatawang sabi ni Dash but Sir Sancho only leer at him.

I'm thankful when Dash attention was taken off to us when someone greeted him.

"Ang sexy natin, Athens, ah," Yve whispered.

Katabi ko siya sa upuan, he's on my right side while Sir is on my left, sa gitna nila akong dalawa.

"Weh? Sir was mad when he saw my outfit earlier, eh. I thought it doesn't suit me," I complain at him and he only laughs like he expected it.

"If I were him, I won't bring you here. I will lock you somewhere..."

"Shut up, Cardinal," Sir interrupted.

Yve chuckled and show the glass of liquor that he was holding saying that he surrender or something.

Pinatong ni Sir ang kanyang braso sa sofa, para na tuloy siyang naka-akbay sa'kin. Which is I don't mind, gustong-gusto ko pa nga eh.

"You prefer Liquor or Juice?" tanong ni Sir sa'kin. I answered Juice and he give me one, nagpasalamat ako.

Hindi ako sanay sa mga alak pero nasubukan ko ng malasing at kasama ko ang mga kapatid ko no'n. They said I look stupid when I'm drunk because I'll cry without reason, I don't want to repeat it.

I was about to take a sip of my Juice when I saw someone come in the door. My eyes were all wide open and I can feel how my body became stiff in my sit. Nagtitigan kami and it's visible how his brows furrowed when he saw me, especially my appearance. The two guys beside me noticed it kaya nilingon nila kung saan ako nakatingin.

Fuck, I'm doomed.

"Zeus! You came," Dash acknowledge his presence.

I want to cry and just disappear, right here, right now.

I closed my eyes so tight, trying to create a spell in my mind for me to vanish instantly.

Why is he here?!
