Even after dating for eight months and knowing each other for almost four years Rindou still felt shy. He couldn't help it, he told himself dating someone this pretty was a justifiable reason.

He felt so shy in this moment, as they sat in his room on his bed watching a movie on his laptop. Violetta was sitting in between his legs, back against his toned chest. He never knew what to do with his hands, he knew he could touch her but he felt so undeserving in the presence of a literal ethereal being. His hard exterior had melted away long ago, the day Violetta had actually caught his attention.

He had a small soft spot for her, everything about her made him feel like he was on the moon. Rindou caught his gaze being much softer whenever she was just mentioned, his breath getting caught in his throat whenever he looked at her for the first time after her hair has changed, his heart threatening to leap out of his chest whenever she touched him.

And that was the exact predicament he was in right now. Violetta wasn't the brightest, head full of glitter and stickers which resulted in her being completely oblivious to the way she affected Rindou.

"Rinny, 'm getting scared..."

"Need me to hold you yeah?"

This was his chance. Violetta's head fell back back onto's Rindou's shoulder, looking up at him through her fluffy mink lashes with a soft pout on her pillowy lips. She nodded her head and Rindou's arm immediately wrapped around his lover's waist.

He loved the contrast of their skin against one another's, he found it so endearing. His pale skin against her dark brown skin; it was something he couldn't describe it any way other than a beautiful sight. The movie was a worlds away from Rindou's mind the only thing filling up his senses was Violetta.

He'd intentionally put on Nightmare on Elm Street because he knew how scared his Vi got; curling into him, covering her eyes with manicured hands, clinging to him, asking him if it was okay to look and then slapping his leg if he lied. That's all he could ever ask for.

But a knock at his bedroom door made him groan out in annoyance. Violetta pauses the movie as Rindou grunts out a come in. And on the other side of the door was Ran Haitani in the flesh, a true bastard.

"I ordered pizza, y'all want some?"

Rindou held eye contact with his older brother for a few seconds before looking down at Violetta who was just looking between the two boys with a sweet oblivious smile.

"Let's go eat, baby."

The silence in the living room wasn't totally unbearable for Violetta, who hummed happily as she ate the cheese pizza that was open in front of her. She was naive to the stand off the brothers were having, and even if she was it wouldn't matter because her heart and mind were all in Rindou.

Ran had always flirted with Violetta shamelessly, ogled her body, and even bought her revealing clothes that she mindlessly accepted as gifts. His droopy eyes always racked over her in the most perverted way whenever she walked into a room. His respect for her being his brother's girlfriend was nonexistent.

Rindou tried not to be possessive, but his brother made that nearly impossible.

"You thirsty, Rinny? Imma get something since 'm thirsty."

"I'd appreciate that, thank you honey bunny."

He patted her head softly, his heart pattering as she smiled. He watched as she padded her way into the kitchen.
Rindou looked at his brother, said man practically drooling.

"You piece of shit braid bitch."

"Stingy four eyed loser."

Rindou felt his eye twitch, it taking every nerve and cell in his body to keep him from starting a fight he'd undoubtedly lose.

"Stingy!? Cause I don't want you fuckin on my girlfriend."

"If she's too silly to realize what 'm doing then that's her problem for being a big ass bimbo."

Rindou stood up, marching over to his brother, standing over him with a aura so menacing that even Ran felt a little tense.

"Take that shit back Ran, before I fuck ya' shit up."

Ran stood up, towering over his younger brother. He cracked a smile that Rindou could only describe as wicked and sick, Rindou wasn't accustom to backing down so he sure as hell wasn't going to start now.

Before Ran could respond a hand came in between the two siblings, causing each brother to look to the left to be met with Violetta. She was holding three drinks against her chest and a look of disappointment that made Rindou internally panic.

"We agreed no fights when 'm here, right? So, Rindou sit down and Ran you do the same."

Rindou glanced at Ran one last time before walking back to his seat, grumbling as he sat down. Ran slowly sat back down, crossing his legs and his arms.

"Here you go Ran."

Violetta handed Ran a can of his favorite expensive beer, then walked back over to Rindou and sat down next to him.

"For you Rinny, couldn't remember if you liked craft or plain old nasty beer so I got craft!"

Rindou's face broke out into a smile as he took the beverage; he hated craft beer but he wouldn't tell her that.

"Thank you my love, I appreciate it."

Violetta's heart fluttered with the flap of one thousand butterflies, sitting down next to her beloved.

"And for me a lemonade!"

Ran eyed the couple as he sipped his beer, tapping the bottle lightly. He hummed softly to himself before standing up.

"I'm heading out now, I'm full."

"Oh! Well thank you for buying dinner Ran!"

Ran shot Rindou a smug look before blowing Violetta a kiss that she playfully swatted down.

"We're finally all alone, know what that means honey bunny?"

Violetta perked up and looked at Rindou, her nose scrunched up in confusion. Like he said, she wasn't the brightest. Rindou slid closer and wrapped his toned arm around her chubby waist, placing a soft kiss to his girlfriend's neck.

"No interruptions, baby."

"From what Rinny? What are we finna do?"

"Finish out movie of course, just like you wanted. I saw your pout when Ran interrupted."

Violetta's eyes lit up and she nodded.

"After can we watch Mean Girls?"

"You know my English is shit."

"We'll just watch it with subtitles!"

"You know I can't say no to you."
