Tubbo's birthday was in a month. Ranboo and Tommy always thought ahead for Tubbo's birthday, just to know what they might get for him.
Tubbo has recently been feeling too dysphoric about their chest. As in, if they looked in a mirror without a binder on, they'd break down crying on the floor.
Tubbo hasn't gotten top surgery yet, and it honestly was hurting him mentally. He just didn't exactly have the money to be spending on it though, so he just never has.
The other two knew that they were trans, and they knew what Tubbo was going through and how they were feeling because they always went to the other two to talk about their problems and how they've been feeling lately, which is quite rough.
The two sat thinking, trying to figure out what to get the shorter for his birthday, until..
"Boo! I know what to get Toby for their birthday!" Tommy exclaimed, Ranboo waiting for Tommy to elaborate.
"So, it's going to cost, like, a lot of money, and we'll probably need some people to help, but Tubbo will be really fucking happy." Tommy explained, Ranboo now getting the idea.
"Fine, if it'll help Tubbo out, I'll do it." Ranboo agreed, Tommy going fucking estatic.
"Fuck yeah!" Tommy yelled, Ranboo chuckling.

It was now the day of Tubbo's birthday, and about to be one of the best days of their life.
Tubbo had just gotten up and out of bed when two figures bust into his room.
"BIG T! GET DRESSED, WE'RE FUCKING GOIN SOMEWHERE!" Tommy shouted, Tubbo laughing and ushering the two out so they could get dressed.
"I hope he likes what we've came up with.." Ranboo mumbled nervously, Tommy patting him on the back and rubbing up and down to calm him.
"I'm sure they will, Boo. They've talked about it for a while." Tommy comforted, Ranboo smiling and feeling a little less nervous.
"Hey kings! Where are we going?" Tubbo greeted, coming down in jeans and a green shirt.
"We're going to go eat and then we'll give you your present, okay?" Ranboo said, side-eyeing Tommy for a second before looking back at Tubbo.
"Awesome, I'm starving!" Tubbo exaggerated, making the three of them laugh.
"You're always starving, Tubbo." Tommy joked back, Tubbo running happily to the car, being followed by Tommy and Ranboo sighing while walking behind the younger two.

A blonde and brunette open the door and walk into the house, playing around and laughing loudly while the tallest walked behind, chiming in every once in a while.
The three walked to Tubbo's streaming room, or his bedroom, and sat on the couch, talking and joking around before Ranboo almost forgot about Tubbo's present.
"Hey Tommy! We almost forgot about Tubbo's present! I'll go grab it, but can you get in a call with everyone?" Ranboo asked, Tommy nodding and grabbing out his phone.
"Why would we need to get in a call?" Tubbo asked, curious.
"Multiple people chipped in on the gift, they just couldn't be here so we're getting into a call with them." Tommy responded, typing in a group chat named "Tubbo's birthday gift" to see if everyone was ready to get in a call.
All of the people in the group chat said they were ready.

Tommy started a call and everyone joined quickly.
"Hi everyone!" Tubbo greeted, kind of confused but happy to see everyone.
"Hi Tubbo!" Niki responded, waving at the camera.
"Hey!" Wilbur greeted back, waving at the camera like Niki did.
Everyone else said hello, and Ranboo walked back in when everyone was done.
"Tommy! You should use Tubbo's computer so we can see better!" Aimsey exclaimed, Tommy looking over at Tubbo and getting a nod of approval.
"One second everyone!" Tommy said, leaving the call and going onto Tubbo's computer. He logged onto Discord on Tubbo's computer and reconnected to the call, the call now having much better quality.
The other two came over to the computer and Tommy let Tubbo have the gaming chair.
