"You. Did. Not," Katie gasped. "You brilliant bitch, you're going to have him wrapped around your finger if you don't already!"

Cassie groaned as she splayed across Katie's couch. She told her she had said something to him and Katie insisted she immediately tell her after class. She only told her she stood up to him. That was Cassie's mistake. Katie immediately squealed, catching Ben's attention. He knew exactly what they were talking about. It was evident in his eyes.

When they got back, she told her about his Professor kink and how she used it against him. This initiated louder squeals.

"Hey, it's not like he can purposefully fail you!" Katie tried saying. "You've done the work for this class before, just do it again!"

"Yeah, but this isn't Mr. Park's class," Cassie retorted. "He was old and had the same syllabus since the seventies. Ben is much younger than him and his syllabus is a complete one eighty. I don't even know how he grades! Besides, I could write him the best papers and he could still fail me."

Katie was pacing around the room, trying to think. "I don't think he'll do it," she said as she chewed on her thumb's nail. "He is clearly infatuated with you. Clearly. I say we implement an oldie, but goodie: keep your friends close and your hot asshole teacher closer. When you were trying not to fuck each other that first time, I did some snooping around his desk. I found help wanted slips for a T.A."

Cassie rolled her eyes. "You dummy, he has to interview me for that position."

Katie slowly shook her head with a devious smirk. "Not if it's an extracurricular, you don't. He hasn't put the flyers up yet so you can still beat out his fangirls."

The next day, Cassie was speed walking to her counselor's office. She promised the receptionist that she would be in and out in five minutes or less. She asked her counselor if she needed another extracurricular. Lucky for her, she needed one more credit.

She asked very casually if being a T.A was an option. The counselor told her it was, then listed off the names of teachers who needed one. She let her read the entire list, even after saying Ben's name. She pretended to ponder, then asked to repeat the science professors, and then pretended to think out loud. She eventually picked Ben.

She was logged in as his T.A and was set to start the following day.
