"The heck. I could swear I had entered before." Dal cursed to herself as she found herself lying on the front yard. She raised herself, dusted her clothes and touched her head, checking the area she felt herself get hit. It didn't hurt.
She checked the time and realized it was already 10:30 PM, and the 'bloody party' had already started.
She twisted the knob again and entered. She stood at the entrance and was a bit taken aback.
Unlike the last time, the house was buzzing with music and people. It was filled with students, mostly highschoolers. She noticed how most of them wore the same uniform as the boys, which was still baffling to her. There was no school in the whole city with a uniform like that; and there was no way in hell they would be from another city. There were a few people of her age, wearing casual clothes.
Almost everyone had red cups in their hand, and were walking around, seemingly enjoying themselves.
'I really hope there's no alcohol here.'
Dal disliked alcohol. She hated the whole idea of alcohol. She hated the taste, the culture that her country had; and she hated how people acted after consuming it.
'Nuisance' was what she would call it.
"What am I even doing here? A party? Really? Dal, aren't you going far." Sighing, she walked inside, and noticed the boy with the undercut.
'Jay.'
With a lollipop in his mouth, Jay was walking from the hall to the living room. Dal followed him, trying to be as discreet as possible. She would hide every time Jay would look back.
"Why am I even hiding? What is wrong with me? I was literally cursed with the invitation. Dal, stop feeling like a criminal, thanks." She smacked her forehead and came out of hiding. She entered the living room, stood by the table on the right which had all the food and drinks placed on. She saw Jay, who paused for a bit. She felt as if he was looking right at her, yet not her; as if his mind was out of focus.
Suddenly, he turned around with a smile, bumps his side and shakes hand with Heeseung.
They walk to the center of the room and joins the other 4. She notices Jungwon was missing.
Dal wouldn't lie. She felt very awkward and out of place, which was rare. It was usually she who made herself an outcast. It did not come naturally.
She observed how some kids were playing some game at one corner of the living room, and how some kids were lying on the couch, a few of them were drinking out of their cups, and the rest were sitting like robots, as if they had no mind. They stared at nothing specific.
Dal was starting to feel uncomfortable and she looked around and started noticing the behavior of everyone around.
"Just return the book, and leave." She decided she would just put the book and go back.
Dal placed the book on the table with food, and made her way towards the main entrance; not knowing that the boys had all of their eyes on her.

FanfictionBaby, this is not even real." Jay smirked, his eyes lingering on Dal. "What?" "This is all a figment of your imagination. A fantasy. A mirage. Whatever you want to call it." "Make it make sense. We all made it out alive. Why would this be a fantas...
