"So who are we exactly going with to the tea party? If you can call that even tea party." Benedict asked as he laid lazily on a sofa."With the Andertons, so get up Benedict, we are leaving soon." Lady Bridgerton said.
"Will every one of us come? Even Hyacinth and Gregory?" Benedict asked again.
"Yes, we are going there as a whole family. Oh! The carriage has arrived, come everyone." Everyone rose up and followed Lady Bridgerton to the carriage.

"Why ever we even came here, mama? Drink tea and eat biscuits." I laughed so hard that mama looked me with a little suspiciously.
"No, of course not. It is not ne of the social season's events, where young ladies and gentlemen can get talk freely and find suitable wife for themselves." Again, women should be just waiting for men reaching them, I was going to hate these few hours.
As we arrived, there were almost everyone on their place. Bridger had arrived little bit earlier than us. We greet them and took our place soon after.
Many gentlemen had come to me, wanting to talk about their interest not mine which did not surprise me at all. Eventually I got tired of them and run away from them, I found peaceful place near the garden, you could had called 'secret garden' as well.
I had thought, I could finally be alone for a single moment. But I was clearly wrong, I heard steps behind me.
"I would like to be alone, if you could just-" I turned around to see who it might be this time, surprising me.
"Apologies, I did not mean to disturb you, I can go-"
"No, my apologies, lord Bridgeton." His eyes on mine's, tension between us was something strange, it was hard to describe it. "I thought you were one of the other gentleman, who had saw me sneak here." He chuckled little when I said that.
"I came here for the same reason as you, need some space. You maybe be saw me, surrounded by those ladies." I chuckled now.
"Tell me was it your plan to marry in this season? Or was it tour mother?" I asked carefully not to cause same thing as last time we spoke.
"It was mine's, and my mother little bit too." He said snd walked closer, lean against the stone wall.
"And have you decided who you will marry? I know season hasn't even got started properly.
"Well.." He could not say just, i will marry the season's diamond. "First I thought I would had marry the season's diamond, in that way it would have been not so complicated."
In somehow his words did not trigger me, I kinda understand him, he wanted to this quickly and not waste time on this, he was like me. "I understand you. Me neither like the social seasons' If I could decide, I wouldn't be here, I would be reading or horse riding just now." He studied how my facial features changed as I spoke.
"Then we have something in common." We both chuckled little.
"It was pleasant to have conversation with you, my lord. But I'm afraid, I have to go back there, they will think I disappeared for a whole tea party." I was about to walk away when I felt warm touch on my hand.
"Maybe you don't have to, we could go for a walk? After all it is excellent weather for little walk." He said and realised he had touch me and quickly let go of my hand.
"It sounds better than going back there, should we?" I asked and he nodded.

"Lady Anderton, what a beautiful day, is it?" Lady Bridgerton said and sat beside Lady Anderton, she had tea cup on her hand.
"Indeed, not a single cloud on a sky." Lady Anderton said and took sip from her tea. "Have you saw my daughter? She disappeared while ago."
"She went on a walk with my son, I am assuming they are enjoy each other's company."
"Oh, I very hope so, Lady Bridgerton."

Viscount Bridgerton was not that bad that I thought. After our little walk, we got to know each other little bit better. He was quite gentleman, if I'm being honest. I told him my father died when I was few months old as did his but he was grown up already. I also told him about my trips and summers in France when I was younger, my mother and I went there, her friend lives there.
He told me about his childhood and his family, it was truly interesting to gear about his family and how different persons they were. Each of them had something different, Benedict has soul of an artist, Colin likes travel around the word, Daphne keeps family important and doing duchess duty. Sometimes I wish, I had siblings as this many. I feel alone, there's no same support like siblings.
Maybe I won't feel alone, if I ever manage to find my true match.
"Cordelia, you disappeared for the rest of the time, where you were?" Her mother asked, she knew very well where she was been. She wanted to hear it her daughter's saying it.
"I got bored and decided that little walk would be good idea, I spent my time with Viscount Bridgerton. If that was what you wanted to hear, mama?" She knew what her mother was after.
Her mother tried ignore her question with smiling at her." And did you spent your time well, with Viscount Bridgerton?" She wanted to get more out of her so she could have something to tell Lady Bridgerton. Surely Lady. Bridgerton was asking the same questions from his son.
"I found it very well spent time, we got to know each other little bit better." I said and opened my book, for signal my mama our convers was over.
But Viscount Bridgerton could not get her out of his mind, those beautiful green blue eyes s that sparkled when sun hit them. Her voice when she spoke, that scent of hers.
He felt the same sadness that she felt when he had lost his father, he knew how hard it was even she was only few months old, it felt terrible and sad in a sane time, growing up without second parent by your side too.
