Chapter SIX The Drive

The next morning you woke up to Eddie shaking you. "Y/N, we need to tell the others where we are." He said looking down at you. "Oh okay." You said getting up from his lap. "Do you have your walkie talkie?" He asked you. "No I left it in the car which is now quit far away." You answered. Eddie then got up and looked around for a few seconds. "I'll be right back." He said and started to walk away. "Where are you going?" He didn't answer. "Eddie you can 't just walk around you know." you said after him to be to loud. But he just counted walking. You wanted to go after him but your legs were still asleep and you were still quit tired, so you went over to the rock again and sat down. "He ' s going to be killed isn't he?" You asked yourself, leaning back agents the rock and closed your eyes.

After about 10 minutes you head someone walking closer, you got up quickly and went behind the rock to hid. "Y/N? Where are you?" You heard Eddie ask. "Oh, thank God it' s you, I actually thought you were going to get caught but never mind." You said siting back down. "I got a walkie talkie." He said showing it to you. You just nodded and looked at him. His expression turned confused. "What are you waiting for? Call the others. I didn't tell them jet that I went back to you. Steve will probably be worried again like last time." You said looking at the floor. "Oh, yeah good call them." He answered sitting down next to you, but not so close like last night. "Dustin, can you hear me? Henderson?" Eddie asked. "Eddie. Holy shit. Are you okay?" Dustin asked though the walkie talkie. "Nah, man. Pretty... Pretty goddamn far from okay." Eddie answered. "Where are you?" Dustin asked. "Skull Rock. Do you know it?" Eddie answered looking over at you and saw that you fell asleep again. "Yeah, that' s near Cornwallis and--" "Garret, yeah. I know where that is." Steve interrupted Dustin. "Hey Eddie did you hear from Y/N? Because she didn't come to the Creel house last night." Steve asked. "Yeah she ' s with me. She came back when Jason and his friends found me." Eddie answered. "Is she hurt?" Steve asked worried. "Steve you know I would do anything to protect her. And not only because I'm scared you would beat the shit out of me." Eddie answered laughing a bit. "Thanks Eddie we'll be there as fast as possible." Steve said. "We need food to, is that okay?" Eddie asked. "Yeah will get some on the way." Steve said and gave the walkie talkie back to Dustin. "Hold tight. We ' re coming. We ' re coming." Dustin said and then signed off.

Eddie took a deep breath in and out. He then turned to you. "I won't let any thing happen to you okay." He then said quietly to you hoping you could hear it. He couldn't see you face because you had your back turned to him, but you were wake the hole time and smiled to yourself knowing that you only now for not even a week card about you already.

You felt something come closer to you so you pretended to sleep. You knew it was Eddie trying to keep you warm but didn't want to get to close to make you feel uncomfortable. So he just sat next to you and looked over at you from time to time. After about 5-10 minutes you started to fell could so you turned around and cuddled up to Eddie's side to keep yourself warm.

Time skip

Steve POV

After finally going the right way we need like 10 minuets to skull rock. "Oh, boom! Bada bing, Bada boom. There she is, Henderson. Skull Rock. In your face, man. In your stupid, cocky little face." I said to Dustin walking quietly closer to the rock. "Doesn't make sense." Dustin said. "Yeah, yeah. Even with it staring you in the face, you can't admit it You just can 't admit you ' re wrong, you butthead." I told him. "I concur. You, Dustin Henderson, are a... total butthead." We hear a voice from behind us. We turned to see Eddie standing there. "Jesus, we thought you were a goner." Dustin said walking over to him and gave him a hug. "Yeah, me to man." Eddie said. "Hey where ' s your leather jacket?" Dustin asked Eddie. Eddie just pointed to the leather jacket laying on something. I walk over there and saw my little sister asleep on the floor. "Hey Y/N, we're here now and we got food." I said slightly shaking her. But she didn't wake up. "Y/N?" I asked again. "Hey Steve she had turbel sleeping last night so you should just leave her sleep for a bit." Eddie said now standing next to me looking down at my sister in awe. "Hey don ' give her that look." I said standing up straight locking at him. "Steve I told you this before, I would do anything to protect her. And that is something I normally don 't for people, not even yet girls." Eddie said. "Hey let' s talk about this another time, we have more important shit going on." I said walking back to the group.
