Part 3 telling Diamond

Diamonds POV (btw Red Son will be referred to as Dad to Diamond if you're going to be confused)

I'm waiting at the front of the school, all my friends have been taken home, I already finished my homework in the time I've been waiting, (not a lot of homework and I might add) and MK is still not here yet! why does it take him so long to get to my school it's not that far away from the shop.

MK: Diamond?! hay!

Diamond: Finally! I've been waiting here for an hour what happened?!

MK: well some stuff came up. but I'm here now! come on I'll get you some ice cream.

I perked up as soon as I heard ice cream. ever since I went to eat ice cream for the first time I have fallen in love with it, especially the birthday cake flavor! so I try and hide my excitement as I walked to the car looking very upset!

MK: Hey, don't be so upset. besides the "thing that came up" is going to make you really happy!

I just roll my eyes I doubt that whatever made him late will make me happy I just sink into my see in immediately go on my phone to see if my friends have finished their homework already 

As we were driving I'm just texting and I realized he said it was starting to get pretty late and then I also realize we were on the highway we usually didn't take the highway to get home it was a long way then I realize that We're going to my favorite ice cream place I'm excited but then I get suspicious he's probably bribing me.

Diamond: All right MK, spill! I know you never take me to this place considering how far away it is! what are you trying to do huh?

MK: Do you always suspect every time I do something nice for you I'm bribing you

My eyelids remained half-closed as I lifted my eyebrows which was the face that I usually made when he knew the answer.  

MK: Okay well this time is different I promise you're going to be really happy Diamond there's nothing behind this! 

Diamond: All right but if I find out you're lying you know what happens to your Monkey King figurines!

~time skip~

As soon as we enter the noodle shop I see tang and pigsy. they're arguing about something well mostly pigsy, and mei's not here which is weird considering that she's always here... oh well

Diamond: *drops bag* Hello people.

pigsy: I SWE- Oh hey Diamond I expected you to be back earlier

Diamond: Yeah, well I guess some people have a problem with time! I'm not mad though.

tang: I can tell you got ice cream.

Diamond: Really, how?

tang: Most of it Is on your face.

Diamond: haha funny, I got some left you want the rest of it to be on your face!?

I started chasing Tang around the store trying to get the ice cream on its face but it failed multiple times and I almost ran out. After a few minutes, I just got tired and sat down and finished what was left of the ice cream. It was then I realized that MK had left I mean he was done but he would usually hang out with all of us after hours. 

Diamond: Did you guys see MK leave I don't think he's in the store

tang: well while you were chasing me I did catch a glimpse of MK going upstairs to his apartment.
