Later in the evening, I told Red Sun and Diamond about the start of the summer Festival that's going on And diamonds seemed excited she told me all about how her friends are also going and all the things she wanted to do like play games ride rides and all the food Red Son, on the other hand, was hesitant he said he didn't want to be spotted out and brought daylight claiming that some people are still skeptical about him and him joining the good side is still unknown to most of the public but I told him he could wear a mask and wear a different outfit to disguise himself from everyone around him.
He gladly agreed and once we decided on an outfit he should wear and a specific mask

we were ready to go Diamond threw on her coat considering it got colder in the evenings and the rest of the gang said they would meet us there since piggsy was going to set up early at the festival once we arrived all Diamond wanted to do was find her friends and tell them about everything that's been going on over the past week she's wanted to show her friends to Red Son and I think that's nice I am a little scared on what Red Son will think of her friends though they're not exactly "high class" as he would put it.
Diamond: Hey Dad are you excited to meet my friends
red son: not exactly excited but I'm willing to meet them
Diamond: that is great to hear because you're going to love them
red son: I hope I do
I smiled at them happy that red son was willing to at least see diamonds friends knowing very well that if he found out about diamonds crush on Oliver that he would freak out I'm not going to tell him though I'll let him find out on his own
I noticed a few of the food stands we were walking past I even saw Piggsys we talked with them for a while until we separated but being around all this food made me kind of hungry so I decided to order something small I didn't want to eat too much but just enough so it would get me through the night I got some onion rings Red Sun got some fries and a burger and Diamond wasn't hungry so she just got herself a slushie
As soon as we finished our food we threw away all of our rappers and trash so we could walk around and see what we could do Diamond wanted to play a bunch of games but I knew no one could beat her so we played a few games won a few prizes and had a lot of fun Red Sun played some games too but let's say he didn't take the Rigged games to kindly he almost a lit a booth on fire
We kept on walking until I noticed Diamond kind of just disappeared I saw her running to her group of friends and red son wanted to stop her but I told him she was just excited so we didn't run after her
Diamond pov:
I ran up to my friends and I got their attention by waving to them and calling out to them I was really happy to see them I told them all about how my dad started living with me and how happy I was.
