Chapter 10

Hey everyone, soooo sorry it took so long to update this. I just started Comp 1 at school and im CONSTANTLY writing something... anyways, I decided to have my friend Summer (yes the one in this story) help me write this story from now on. she wrote this whole chapter and I edited it and all that jazzzzzz..... well have fun reading. :)

Chapter 10

Lou had brought that prick from high school around earlier, and Niall forced her to leave knowing how much I couldn’t stand her. I'm guessing Maya wasn’t so happy about that as she took off up the stairs; Liam and I both following after her.

Just as I was about to reach the top of the stairs my phone rang. Looking at the caller I.D it read ColtyBear.  I watched as Liam ran into Maya’s room and I silently made my way into the bathroom, which for some reason it was the only room in the apparent that was sound proof.  I called him back quickly and held my breath as it rang.

“Summer?” A voice asked that I hadn’t heard in almost two years.  I felt my eyes water as I let out a shocked little laugh.

“Yeah this is her, how are you Colt?” I asked rubbing my eyes and biting my lip.

“Better now that I could hear your voice, not going to lie.  So how’s my favorite adopted sister?” He asked.  

“She’s been amazing, I finally found me a good boy. I really love him Colt.” I told him watching my reflection in the mirror, running my fingers through my hair. I heard him do one of his little displeased grunts.

“Well, what’s this boy’s name? Does he have a job? Is he nice to you?  Where does he live? Where-.”  Rolling, my eyes I cut him off.

“His name is Niall, and yes he has a job. He and his four best friends are in a world famous band called One Direction. He is so much nicer than any other boyfriend I’ve ever had. And right now he is staying with Maya and me.”  I told him, a smile coming to my face as I talked about Niall.  “Now I know you didn’t call just to ask me about that, so what I can do for you Colt.” I asked shaking my head and once again, biting on my bottom lip.

“Well I’ve just been told that I am getting a month leave starting tomorrow, and I was wondering if you would come pick me up from the airport so I could surprise Maya?” He asked and I barley was able, to hold the squeal back.

“Of course! She is going to love this!” I told him.

“Well Summer, I hate to have to go but I have to start flying today, but I’ll text you the time that I land.” He told me before he hung up.  Smiling I ran down the stairs grabbing Niall’s jacket sleeve as I pulled him into the bathroom, causing him to wiggle his eyebrows at me.

“I didn’t think you were this kind of girl.” He told me winking suggestively. Rolling my eyes, I lightly tapped him on his head causing him to pout. 

“Head out of the gutter Horan. Now this is serious, Maya has an older brother who is in the service and he is on a month long leave starting tomorrow, and I want you to go with me tomorrow to go pick him up.” I told him, using my puppy dog eyes.

“Of course, but why do I need to go with you?” He asked and it was my turn to sigh.

“Last time I went out somewhere without you the fans got a little crazy, and plus if they saw me hugging another guy. . .” I trailed off as Niall nodded his head, his blue eyes going wide.  I laughed as I pulled him out of the bathroom, only to come face to face with Harry. I groaned when he wiggled his eyebrows at the two of us, his green eyes glowing with mischief.
