I watched as Arthur stop beside a tree and I saw the elven girl do something to the tree and a bright green portal opened, I immediately entered his shadow and watched the two enter the city. 

"Well damn, this looks so much like an underground society ain't it?" Ash commented when we entered the city

"I do have to admit that this city is very beautiful" I agreed as I saw the buildings were mostly using the trees as their base

The city was big and crowded as I saw thousands of elves walking around doing daily activities and not even ten minutes a group of guards appeared kneeling in front of them and they shouted in unison

"We greet the princess" They said in unity which nearly made me choke in surprise, like how bad do you do your job that the princess of this entire kingdom managed to get herself kidnapped

I get it that she ran away but shouldn't you at least have a guard watch her? 

Arthur was in no better condition as he was surprised as I was and let's just say with this revelation Arthur might not survive Sylvia considering the ominous aura I feel from her in the void.

"Ash do something to calm her down, she's giving me the creeps" I told him but his answer was not what I was expecting

"Do it yourself. I'm not getting myself killed. You're the shadow monarch now, I'm merely your supervisor" He said and I was surprised to hear him say that

"Aw don't tell me the almighty former Ruler and Monarch has a little warm spot for the dragon princess" I teased but he just scoffed at me

"As if" He said and I just chuckled and continued watching the interaction between Art and the elves, it seems like the elves were not too happy with Art's arrival

They seemed hostile before The elven girl pulled Arthur's sleeve and dragged him with her to the city, but soon enough a carriage arrived and three figures came out two of them were crying whilst the elderly one seemed relieved.

But when the king saw Arthur he had a look of anger but he seemed to have clamed himself and invited Arthur to his kingdom.

But it seems like they didn't come alone as I felt a fourth mana presence around, and a strong one at that.

"This aura, it's a white core" Sylvia said and looked around to tray and spot the elf and found her on top of a building watching this way

"Arthur try to not make a scene would ya, we have a white core around here and I'd rather not show up for now" I told him and he gave me confirmation

Arthur sat down in a polite manner like as if he was meeting politicians and stared at the king waiting for him to speak.

The king seemed to notice this and  spoke up.

"May I ask where you found my daughter?" He asked in a polite and soft tone, his previous hostilities all gone

"I found her when I was wondering the forest, as how I was there my family was also attacked by slaves traders, thankfully I managed to see them kill the last bandit before I getting myself separated from them, but as for Tess I found her merely because of coincidence, had she not yelled and cried. I'm afraid she would've been a sold off by now" Arthur said coldly as he sent the king many warnings and mockeries to answer his previous hostility

"Well we're going to be fucked" I thought but just as one of the guards was about to strike Arthur the old elf held his hand up and stopped him

"Don't touch the boy, he is the savior of the princess, show him some respect" The elderly elf spoke and they guards lowered down their weapons and took some steps back
