As the sun started to slowly rise on the horizon, Wakko and Dot started to reach the mountains, trailing through hills and then a forest. As they now trot through this forest, they quickly notice some small ice crystals hanging from the trees, making them appear like icy willow trees.

"I can't believe our brother caused this.."  Dot states, now running her hand through the ice crystals, which made something similar to a wind chime sound.

"You've got to admit, though, it's very beautiful. I've never seen a winter like this one in all those years of looking out the windows.."  Wakko replies.

As the two then start to talk back and forth, Dot notices something moving along in the snow up ahead. She puts her hand up, to which Wakko pulls on his reigns, making his horse come to a stop.

"What is it? Why are we stopping? Did you finally spot food??"  Wakko asks, now a bit concerned.. and hungry.

"No! There's something moving up ahead.. I'm gonna go check it out while you..."  Dot starts to respond, but not before Wakko beats her to it and is already off his horse, walking towards the movement slowly.

"Wakko! What did I just..."  she starts to say before Wakko puts his hand up to silence her.

She scoffs but listens to his movements and looks to the side in silence. Meanwhile, Wakko gets closer and closer, soon stopping. Whatever was moving in the snow then pops up out of it.

"Egad, Brain! There's people here!"  the figure, made out of snow and in the shape of a thin mouse states, now looking up at Wakko.

Wakko jumps back and yelps, soon whacking the snowmouse with his glove after taking it off, before putting it back on. The snowmouse's nose flies into another part of the snow before he runs and grabs it, putting it back on.

"That wasn't the greeting I was expecting, Narf!"

Soon, another snowmouse comes out, one shaped a little heavier.

"Pinky, I would be surprised if you expected anything, anywhere, at any time."

Wakko takes a moment to look at both the snowmice before snapping his fingers.

"Pinky? Brain?? You're... alive??" he asks, surprised and astonished.

"Narf! I think so.. I don't know though!"  Pinky states, confident yet confused.

Brain walks over to Pinky and slams his head in, making it flat as a pancake.

"Yes, we're alive! You thin piece of crystalized water vapor."

Wakko chuckles a little before picking up Pinky and Brain, fixing up Pinky's head not long after. "Well, I'm Wakko!"  he says before getting a quick idea. "Hey! You two should meet my sister, Dot! Let's go!"  he says before walking back over to Dot.

"I found what was making those movements in the snow! It was these guys!"  he says as he then shows them to his sister sibling.

Dot looks at them in surprise and confusion. "Who.. and what are they?"

"They're Pinky and Brain! Snowmice! Yakko and I made them when we were little kids.. you were too young to remember them.."

"How.. are they alive..?"  Dot asks, still confused.

"I don't know.. but I'm so happy they are! We can take them with us!"

"No way! We're already having trouble dragging each other along, and now we're going to bring two... snowmice with us?" Dot asks in a rhetorical fashion, a bit displeased with Wakko's suggestion.

"Hey, this isn't about us or the snowmice. This is about Yakko. Plus, extra company wouldn't hurt!"  Wakko responds, soon placing Pinky and Brain in his saddle bag, hopping back onto his horse's saddle and grabbing hold of the reigns.

Dot sighs soon after, knowing there's no chance of convincing her brother otherwise.

"Okay.. whatever you say."

After the small victory on Wakko's part, him, Dot, Pinky and Brain set off in their adventure through the woods before coming across a large rock wall with ice covering every inch of it after reaching the clearing at the end. Wakko and Dot look up, alongside their snowmice friends.

"How.. are we going to get up there?"  Dot asks sheepishly.

"I.. don't know."  Wakko responds.

"Ooh! Maybe we can.."  Pinky starts to say before Brain slams his hand over his head, flattening it once more before pointing over to a nearby ice tunnel covered in snow.

"We could always just cross through that short tunnel instead of listen to Pinky's idiotic ideas.."

Wakko looks at the ice tunnel, soon speaking sheepishly. "We.. could do that."

Soon after, him, Dot and the snowmice travel through the short tunnel and into a clearing, soon spotting the crystalized ice castle and stairs leading up to it. Dot's jaw almost hits the floor, staring at it in awe. Wakko almost can't stop looking at it.

"Wow.."  was all that could come out of both the siblings' mouths.

They both soon ride up to the stairs, hopping off their horses' saddles shortly and throwing the reigns over towards them. Pinky and Brain hop out of Wakko's saddle bag shortly after, both of them soon hitting the snow below and splitting into different parts. After a moment, they both get themselves back into their regular shape. Meanwhile, Wakko and Dot are already walking up the stairs.

"This is incredible.."  Dot starts to say, sliding her hand gently across the staircase handles.

"I'll say.."  Wakko states. He was in just about the same amount of awe as his sister.

They both soon make it to the doors, Wakko building up the courage first and walking up to it, holding his fist up and getting ready to knock. Dot stands to the side, behind him, while Pinky and Brain arrive and stand beside her shortly after. After a few moments, Wakko knocks gently on the doors, both of them opening almost automatically.

"Wow.. they opened.." Wakko states, a bit in shock before looking back at his sister.

"..Maybe we should go together so I can.."  Dot starts to say before being interrupted by her brother.

"No, no.. he's most likely stressed. I think it'll be best if I go inside, alone, and talk to him first."

Dot goes silent before nodding and sitting down on the stairs. Pinky and Brain then see this as a way in and start to walk towards the doors before Wakko stops them.

"I think you both should stay too. It would be... a lot to see you both like this and I just need a word with him alone. I'll only take a minute."

Pinky looks at Brain and Brain nods at him, the both of them soon walking towards the stairs.

"One, two, three, four.... ..ehhh.. ey Brain, what comes after four?"  Pinky starts to count before asking.

"Leave it alone Pinky or I shall have to hurt you."  Brain says, coldly.

"Oh, alright Brain, Narf!"

Meanwhile, Wakko walks inside the icy work of art, looking all around the inside as the doors behind him shut. He takes a few steps to a second pair of stairs inside, realizing that there's more than just one story to this amazing architecture.
