"Happy Endings"

It seemed like all had ended. However, it hadn't. Just as all hope had been lost, Wakko slowly starts to unfreeze. In retaliation, Yakko pulls back from the hug, taking a step back as a single tear falling down his cheek as realization sets in, a smile slowly forming on his face as his hands now rest in his brother's.

Not long after, Wakko is completely unfrozen, a small tuft of the fur that sits upon his head still white as snow. He starts out a bit dazed before slowly looking up at his older brother.

"..Yakko..?"  he asks, before being suddenly pulled into another tear-filled hug.

He hugs his brother back, tears soon falling down his face as well. Meanwhile, Dot and the two snowmice nearby look up in awe at the sight they were seeing, Dot soon running up towards her brothers and hugging the both of them.

"Oh, Wakko.. Dot..!"  Yakko says with glee, soon pulling away from the hug once more, sniffling and now wiping away any leftover tears, slowly wiping away his brother's and sister's as well.

"Ehhh... egad, Brain.. what was it that the man said back in the woods?"  Pinky asks Brain, scratching his head after blowing his nose into his tail.

"Only true love can thaw a frozen heart, Pinky,"  Brain replies, soon quickly wiping away his tears, trying to seem tougher than he really is.

Yakko, soon after hearing those words, turns back to face Pinky and Brain before looking down and around.

"..Love! That's it!"  he says, ice and magic soon forming into snowflakes and drifting up into the air, breaking all around him and others around the kingdom.

The castle, sea, ships, inhabitants' homes.. everything starts to unfreeze. A ship that had sunk in the icy sea below him, his siblings, the two snowmice and the Duke soon lift upwards, bringing everyone up with it. After everything is unfrozen, all the icy snowflakes above burst into small pieces of magic, soon falling down above all like the sparks of fireworks on the 4th of July.

Duke Plotz soon stands up shakily from his current position, Wakko looking towards and trying to walk after him while noticing his movement. Dot quickly puts a hand in front of her brother.

"It's okay, Wakko. I've got this..." she assures, proudly, soon walking up to Plotz.

She quickly takes out a huge mallet out of nowhere and slams it down onto him before he could get a word out, causing him to flatten, at which she picks up the now pancaked Duke and throws him overboard into the water like a frisbee. Cheers come from all sides before Wakko and Yakko look back at Pinky and Brain, who are now melting thanks to the summer sun that's out once again.

"Well, it looks like we've had a good run, Pinky,"  Brain states.

"Narf! This is the end.."  Pinky says, soon saluting the two siblings watching them as they slowly turn into puddles.

Yakko and Wakko share a glance before Yakko chuckles.

"I don't think so. Let me fix you two up.."  he starts to say before lifting his hand and forming a flurry cloud above them, their form now coming back thanks to the cold surrounding them.

"Wow! Our own little flurry clouds! Narf!"  Pinky shouts aloud with glee, soon sticking his tongue out to catch one of many falling snowflakes.

"It's quite incredible, Pinky. Extraordinary, even.."  Brain says with a bit of a wondrous tone as he lifts up his hand, reaching up and grabbing some of his own personal snowflakes.

Yakko and Wakko both chuckle before embracing one another again, Dot soon rushing and joining in on the sibling hug. It isn't long after that the embrace ends once more and everyone aboard reaches the harbor. Plotz gets saved from the sea below and gets thrown into a jail cell, alongside both of his most trusted men. Another person who had arrived from his kingdom gives Yakko some sound words of reassurance.

"You don't have to worry about him anymore, your highness. He's not going to be allowed anywhere outside of his kingdom for a while. We will let the king and queen decide what happens to him once we arrive back."

"Thank you, sir. I do hope you have a safe trip back home."

The two share a bow before the man climbs up onto the ship, the three royal siblings now walking into the center of town, cheering and celebrating surrounding them as the people of Acmendelle rejoice in Wakko's unfreezing and the return of summer. Though, Yakko had some.. other plans for the townspeople.

After asking around and quite a bit of whispering, he stands in the very center, looking around at everyone.

"Is everyone ready?!"  He shouts with excitement, everyone soon cheering on with excitement as well.

After the greenlight, he lifts his hands into the air, magic balling up above all who now witness it in awe and disbelief. When the time is right, it bursts into both small and large snowflakes which now fall amongst everyone below. After that's done, he freezes up any nearby fountains, forming quite the beautiful sight, and the ground beneath his and everyone's feet, knowledgeable ice skaters soon strapping on their skates and skating along the town's center with their friends and family members.

Wakko and Dot soon head over, slipping on ice a bit before getting Yakko's help in staying stable.

"Does this mean we get to keep the gates open?"  both Wakko and Dot ask in unison.

Yakko nods.

"Yep, and we're never closing them again.."  he assures with a smile, soon making his siblings ice skates, forming them on their feet.

The two siblings start to slip and eventually fall on their rears on the ice, their older brother now laughing before helping them both up onto their feet, holding their hands and soon leading the way on the ice, all three skating soon in a circle, an infinity symbol and a straight line.

Everyone was having fun. Yakko's stressed, fearful and doubtful life now has come to an end, peace now living amongst himself and the kingdom of Acmendelle as a whole. Happy days were now ahead of everyone.. sadness and loneliness now being a thing of the past, never to reach the present again..
