Karin POV-

I sat peacefully in a pair of leggings and Rei's hoodie on the couch watching Netflix. Duchess was on my shoulder napping as I switched between shows. I felt my phone buzz and I picked it up and looked at the text from Rei.

'You wanna come with me to a festival today?'

'What kind of festival? Like music?'

Rei 💕
Nah son , motorcycle festival. It'll be fun .

'Idk man.'

Rei💕
We won't like hurt you or anything like chill . we mostly just eat food and race .

'RACE?!'

Rei💕
It's fun.

'I'm not going.'

Rei💕
Yes you are. I'll be over in 30.

'I hate you.'

I got up and put Duchess in her cage and went to the bathroom to brush my hair and put a shirt on under the hoodie I was wearing. I put some deodorant on and sprayed a bit of peach scented perfume and walked back to my living room.

I sat down on the couch and decided to tell Ino what was going on. We texted (mostly her fangirling) until there was a knock on my door. I got up and slipped on my vans before opening it to see Rei. He had on a black blazer with black skinny jeans and a faded blue shirt.

"You look extra punk today." I commented.

"Shut up four eyes." He smirked and lead me outside. He lead me to his motorcycle and gave me a helmet that was about my size, it was dark pink with a white rim and pointy cat-like eats on the top.

"You bought me a helmet?" I asked feeling kinda special.

"Not exactly, it's my old one and I spray painted it for you." I saw the blush on his cheeks and he looked the other way, "I didn't think you'd like a helmet dedicated to Pikachu."

"No way," I bit my lip to hold in a laugh.

"My mom bought it for me when I turned twenty, buzz off." He pulled the black helmet on and got on the bike and started it up. He revved the engine and motioned for me to get on. I pulled the helmet on and got on behind Rei. "Hold on,"

He popped a wheelie, causing me to scream, and then drove off.

Rei finally pulled to a stop and turned off his bike. He got up and I did the same, taking off my helmet. I shook my hair and combed through it with my fingers and then fixed my glasses. I looked around and took everything in. We were standing in a large field with several food trucks that were surrounded by men and woman of all kinds. Beyond that there was a big dirt road with people zooming by on it. I turned around to look at the large lot of bikes that Rei had parked in.

"Welcome to Bike Festival." he smiled and grabbed my hand and dragged me to a burger truck and ordered us something to eat.

"I didn't bring my wallet-"

"This is a date, I'm paying." He said taking out his wallet and giving the cashier a 20.

"Oh... Thank you." I smiled and stuffed my hands in my hoodie pockets.

Rei turned around and gave me a brown paper bag and a soda. "C'mon," he motioned for me to follow him and I did. He lead me to a small picnic table and sat down across from me.
