What they think their spirit animal is versus what it actually is
--- Mikey ---
He tells everyone that his spirit animal is a lion. He swears by it. The reality is that his quiz results said he was a raccoon. After seeing the fuzzy creature on his screen, he didn't bother reading the description. He refused to tell anyone about it and never trusted online quizzes again. Draken ended up finding out about it though. He agreed wholeheartedly with it and couldn't wait to tell everyone, but Mikey bribed him into secrecy. Draken told them anyway, and Mikey ignored him for a week. Baji called him a trash panda for that week as well.
--- Draken ---
Before taking the quiz, he thought he would get a bear. He sees himself as someone intimidating, but at the same time you want to hug them. He likes scaring his enemies with his strength, but he also counsels the girls at the brothel. His quiz results said that he was a hyena. He doesn't agree with it completely, but he can see where it's coming from. Hyena's are resourceful, and it's said that they assess possible threats before deciding to choose aggression. He's satisfied with this result.
--- Takemichi ---
He thinks very little of himself, so he said that he had the heart of a hamster. His reasoning is that they're small and weak. Hinata tried to make him feel better by saying hamsters are really cute, and he got all flustered. His quiz results said that he was a kangaroo, however. He wasn't sure how to feel about this until he read the description. Kangaroos try to keep away from danger, but they're prepared to fight when they need to, especially to protect their loved ones. They also move forward very easily, no matter what obstacles are thrown in their way. This quiz boosted his confidence a bit.
--- Chifuyu ---
His love for cats must be because his spirit animal is a cat, right? That's his mentality. He went into the quiz confident about the results, but he was stunned when his spirit animal turned out to be a bee. He was super disappointed, but he read the description anyway. Bees constantly drive themselves towards success, but they also know how to stop and smell the flowers. They ignore the naysayers and keep moving forward. Reading the description made him feel a bit better, but he still tells people that his spirit animal is Peke J.
--- Baji ---
He personally sees himself as a majestic Jaguar. He constantly argues with Kazutora that Jaguars are better than Tigers. To his surprise, the results of his quiz placed him as a honey badger. He had Chifuyu read the description for him because there were too many big words. Honey badgers are fierce competitors and don't back down in fights. They care very much about reaching their goals and would sacrifice anything to get there. They can also be distrustful of others. He shrugged it off and said that he's still a Jaguar.
--- Kazutora ---
Kazutora connected with the tiger the most, seeing as that's the meaning of his name. If he took the quiz when he was still searching for vengeance on Mikey, he probably would have gotten the tiger. If he took the quiz after seeking for redemption and forgiveness, he would connect more with the panda. Pandas are emotionally sensitive and get stressed very easily, but they are also strong and determined. They are often linked with learning to love oneself.
--- Mitsuya ---
He never really thought about it before, but on the spot, he felt close to the bear. He's been told before that he acts like a mamma bear around his little sisters. And he wasn't too far off. His quiz results linked him with the black panther. They tend to be protective and courageous as well as physically strong. They have a mother's wisdom and are not a force to be reckoned with. Additionally, they can be very creative creatures. After reading the description, he felt like everything clicked. His next sewing project was inspired by black panthers.
--- Hakkai ---
He didn't have a specific animal in mind, but he just knew that he was some kind of bird. He just connected with how they fly away when a human approaches. He wasn't wrong either. The quiz results said that he was a turkey. At first, he was so upset to be compared to such a pathetic bird, but he felt a little better after Mitsuya read the description. Turkeys are generous creatures, and they tend to care more about others than themselves. They also care more about genuine connections rather than material possessions. He still kept denying the quiz, even after that.
--- Nahoya ---
His only reason for thinking his spirit animal is a hyena is that they sound like they're constantly laughing. He, however, matches more accurately with a dolphin. He was incredibly confused and so was everyone else. Dolphins are very social and humorous creatures. They can easily be themselves no matter what environment they are in. He still continued to disagree with this until he heard a dolphin laugh. He accepted it from then on.
--- Souya ---
He said that he hadn't thought about it, but the truth is that he thought about it a lot and couldn't think of any animal he connected with. Animals don't usually like him, so he hasn't been able to get to know any animals. He was confused, but intrigued when his quiz results pinned him as a deer. Deer are very caring, gentle, and compassionate. They are also very keen observers. He took these results to heart and tried to help people out even more from then on.
--- Hanma ---
He never really thought about his spirit animal and decided to leave it up to fate. He jumped into the quiz without thinking, like he does with most things. His results say that he is a weasel. Despite his fake offense at the idea, he completely agrees with the assessment. Weasels are lone creatures who create dependable instincts. They also may appear to be promising companions, but they think mostly of personal gain.
--- Kisaki ---
He swore that he connected most with the big cat family, like most people say they do. His quiz results disappointed him greatly because his spirit animal is a rabbit. And he has hidden these results from the world. Rabbits are creative, clever, and keen. They are good problem solvers and easily make it out of messy situations. Even when things don't go according to plan, they can work things in their favor. He hated how well the personality matched. . .
