How did I get myself stuck in this situation? Why did I agree to this?!
A few days ago, Y/n and her friends were playing a nice game of truth or dare at a sleepover. It was supposed to be a nonserious game. Even though the rules are that you have to do every dare and truth, some people still refused anyway. Dares can be vetoed if the whole group agrees after all.
"Y/n! Truth or dare?" Mei exclaimed with a smirk. It was close to midnight at this point, and some people were already asleep. Y/n was getting tired herself and planned to leave the game after this round. Let's get this over with. "Uh. . . Dare, I guess. Nothing crazy though."
Mei looked over her shoulder and got a suspicious thumbs up from Kana. Y/n narrowed her eyes at the exchange and waited for her dare. "I dare you. . . to tell that delinquent boy from our school that you have a crush on him." Murmurs of disbelief and awe spread through the group. It was the forbidden dare, confessing false feelings for someone. Y/n furrowed her brows and frowned. "Which one? Don't multiple delinquents go to our school?" Mei rolled her eyes at that.
"You know the one I'm talking about. He's the leader of that really scary gang. The one that popped up out of nowhere." This caused even more of a ruckus among the girls. The dare was nearly impossible to complete, and it was easy to veto. Y/n shook her head and laughed a bit.
"I think this one should be vetoed. He barely shows up at school so I can't really confess if I can't find him. It's also lying. It's kind of dirty to lie to someone unsuspecting, especially since it could hurt his feelings," She continued with another idea as well. "It's also really dangerous. Imagine what would happen if he found out I was lying! He's a delinquent after all."
Many of the girls in the group nodded at this, agreeing with the logic. A few of them were still a bit unsure though. Mei sighed dramatically. "Oh come on! I've heard that he's just a pushover to girls. Some of the students from Mizo Middle School heard him say that he doesn't hit girls. And that was after some girl slapped him! Also, I'm sure he's been hurt worse than a little harmless prank," She looked over at Y/n with a smug look. "He's a delinquent after all."
Y/n scanned the room of girls, and everyone was agreeing with Mei. Her veto points were all nullified now, and she couldn't think of anymore at the time. The pressure of the situation was to overbearing. She exhaled in defeat. "Alright fine. I'll do it," The girls cheered for her, but she held up a hand to stop them. "But only if he shows up to school this week! If he doesn't show up, I can't do anything." Her request was reasonable, so it was accepted.
