GREGOR'S GRADUATION DAY
Gregor had just gotten off the stage and his family came rushing up to him.
"Oh Gregor I'm so proud of you," said his mom.
"Congratulations Gregor!"Lizzie said.
"Good job, kiddo," his dad said.
"Thanks guys, let's go have dinner now," he replied.
"Yesss.We are going to eat at that fancy restaurant, right?"Boots asked.
"Yes we are," his mom said.
They all got into the car and went to the restaurant. When they got there they ordered food and had a good time. Right before dessert Gregor excused himself, " I'm gonna go use the washroom, I'll be right back."
"Ok," his mom said.
As he was washing his hands to go back and eat a rat suddenly ran on the counter and came right in front of him. The rat seemed to have a sort of note tied on it. It was neatly folded and it looked like Underland paper. Gregor took the note of the rat and it ran off.
" I wonder what this is," Gregor thought " I'll open it later tonight."
His family got home and everyone immediately went to sleep. They were all so exhausted from the day's excitement. Once Gregor got to his room he opened the paper with sweaty palms nervous about what it might say. There could be another prophecy or worst someone got hurt or died or something. He gathered up all his courage and read the note.
Dear Gregor,
We would like to invite you to Queen Luxa's 18th birthday party. It would be a pleasant suprise to Luxa as she has missed you very much. The party will take place tomorrow . There will be a bat waiting for you there when the clock strikes 4 midday in the Overland.
Love, Nerissa and the others.
Luxa's 18th birthday party. He sure wasn't going to miss that. And this also gave his parents another reason to let him go back. He decided to tell his parents the next day and fell asleep thinking about his one and only love, Luxa.
A/N: I hope you guys liked this chapter. I know it's a bit shorter that the last ones and I will try to make them longer. Again please comment ideas, what you think and what I should correct .
