As they walked through in silence Ripred spoke up, "Well, you've got a lot to catch up on boy."

"Oh yeah, like what," Gregor replied.

"Well there was the cutter war and then..."

"Let's talk about it over dinner shall we?" Luxa interupted.

"Alright, alright," Ripred agreed and with that they walked to the platform.

They all made their way to the luxury room.
It was just how Gregor had remembered it. A huge room with tapestries and couches, it also had a big dining table loaded with food. That was probably where they were eating today. They waited a while for everyone else to arrive. Soon after 6 bats arrived, Tetris, Nike, Adromeda, Aurora, Hades and a bat Gregor didn't know.

"Greetings Overlander, I am Hera," the bat said. She had a striking resemblance to Aurora.

"Hi," Gregor said.

"Hello Overlander, it is nice to see you after such a long time," Aurora greeted.

"It's nice to see you too, Aurora," Gregor said.

Reunions between the both of them were always awkward because they didn't say much to each other. At least not more than a few sentences.
Right then Vikus came in with his bond Eurepedes and they took their place at the table.

They most have been the last people invited because right after everyone started to dig in. The food was as good as it was last time Gregor was down there. The wide range of mushrooms and stews to choose from. Once everyone had settled down Vikus spoke up, "Well Gregor, I think it's about time we caught you up on what has happen these past few years."

"Aww, I was going to do that," Ripred whined.

"Oh shut up Ripred, we all know Vikus tells stories was better than you," Luxa snapped.

Vikus informed what they both said and went ahead to explain how after the war Regalia got rebuilt. They had the rare peace for a few years and then got attacked by the cutters. It was a small battle that only happened weeks ago and he explained how everyone thought there would be a bigger attack from the cutters.

"Don't forget about your granddaughter's new skill," Ripred added.

"Oh yes. Apparently, Nerissa has been chosen by Sandwich to continue his prophecies. She has been writing some very ... interesting ones lately," Vikus said.

"But there is none about me, right?" Gregor asked, worried about what another prophecy could mean for him.

"Well...," Vikus started nervously.

"Just tell him don't try to hide it," Ripred said.

"Ok. I will show you tomorrow. Go and bathe and ask a servant to lead you to your room reserved for you in the royal quarters," Vikus said.

So Gregor went and did just that. He took a bath in the continually flowing water Regalia used and changed into a pair of clothes left for him. He remembered the way to the royal quarters but decided to ask a servant because he didn't know which room was his. Just as he went into his room and lay down someone knocked on the wall.
"Come in," he said sitting up.

It was Luxa. She had changed from her fancy dress she wore for the party to a comfortable pair of clothes.

All of a sudden she ran up to him and hugged him. Once Gregor got over the initial shock he hugged her back. When they broke apart he realised Luxa had been crying on him.

"I missed you so much. Thank you for coming back," she said, "Please, please don't leave me again."

"I won't I promise," Gregor said, "I love you, Luxa."

"I love you too, Gregor ," Luxa said. She wiped her eyes and stood up, "Come, we have a lot to talk about.
