Lionel's POV
*Scrolling through my twitter timeline*......
"SM Town Singapore...... at the Singapore Indoor Stadium! SNSD arrived in Singapore yesterday while the other SM Artist would only arrive 2 days later.
It was a usual day at work. I've begun to get the hang of working here already. I've remembered how to make 50% of the drinks on the menu, I'm impressed with my progress so far.
"Hey Lionel can you go help me get lunch?" My manager said. I agreed without hesitation as I was hungry too and strolled out of the shop to start hunting for food.
15 minutes later...
After buying lunch i immediately headed back to the shop. Suddenly, I was halted by the vibration of my phone. I took it out from my pocket and read the WhatsApp message I had just received. The message wrote: OMG LIONEL SNSD ARE IN SINGAPORE ALREADY! It was sent by my best friend Xavier.
My fingers were about to start typing when I heard someone calling for me from behind. "Excuse me, may I know where Starbucks located at is?"
Instinctively I turned behind and got the most shocking time of my life. It was a woman, very gorgeous looking and was very familiar too.... I immediately replied " I work there, I can take you there, follow me".
After saying the words "follow me" i completely halted my movements and the woman turned behind with a curious face and i finally gathered enough courage to ask the person something....
"Are.... you Jessica from SNSD?"
Although I already knew who she was I still asked to ensure that I am not in my dreamland and the fact is Jessica is really IN FRONT OF ME RIGHT NOWWW!
Jessica Replied:"Yyyes, I am Jessica Jung "(with an angelic smile)
I WENT INTO TOTAL FANBOY MODE, MY HEART WAS BEATING EVEN FASTER COMPARED TO DOING MY EXAMS LAST WEEK! I immediately said:" noona, what would u like to drink? It's my treat! I will pay for your meal at Starbucks!" while leading the way to Starbucks. By the time we returned to my work place, I was blushing a lot already, even a blind man would have been able to tell that I was blushing.
I said to my manager:" I will pay everything what this gorjess lady orders." I felt very proud of myself at that moment! I felt that it was the happiest moment of my life!
Jessica said "Thanks Lionel for the treat!". OH MY GOD IM GOING CRAZY! MY IDOL THANKED ME! And went to sit. My manager asked whom she was, i explained to him and he said:" Go talk to her, since she is your idol, have a friendly conversation with her since there aren't many customers now."
I was shocked by what my manager has allowed me to do. He then said this after reading my blur face "You only live once". I took my favourite drink and cake and went to Jessica's table. My heart was beating so fast.... but i felt a different bond between us..... Oh well i guess its just that I'm too excited.
"Noona , can I join you? "I asked.
"Sure, thanks for the treat! May i ask who your favourite member is in Girl's Generation?"
That made my heart beat even faster..... "My...my fav...favourite member is you unnie..." I CANT BELIEVE I JUST CONFESSED TO MY IDOL! Jessica started laughing immediately and my face instantly turned red, i could feel my cheeks burning. " Noona I have the same surname with you, isn't it coincidental? "
"Oh really? Wow that's so coincidental, may i ask for your full name?" Jessica asked. Hmmm... Why would she ask for my full name? I am just a random fan of hers, oh well there is no harm telling noona, and how can I turn down her? She is J E S S I C A J U N G from Girls Generation....
