The group five continued to scream as the room plummeted down. The group tried to find things to hold onto.
"Shit, shit!" Dustin squealed while he ran over to the buttons.
We're going down!" Steve expressed.
"Really? I didn't notice!" Eloise said, glaring at the boy as he gave her an unamused look.
"Why don't these buttons work?" He franticly began pissing the buttons.
Erica than ran over to the scared boy. "Press the button!" She yelled at him.
"What do you think I'm doing?" He said in a high pitched yell.
"Come, press something! Just press a button!" Steve yelled out to the two.
The room suddenly stopped, making the five crash down onto the floor hard. Robin had landed on top of Eloise, her resting her hand on the back of the curly girls head so she wouldn't bang it against the wall. Eloise had somehow managed her arm around Robin's waist, tugging her closer when all of them groaned.
"My groin. It fell on my groin. Dustin!" Steve exclaimed, calling out to his friend.
Dustin went over to help his friend, having a hard time getting the box off of poor Steve. The teenager huff and let out a sigh of relief as he was able to move able.
"Is everyone okay?" Robin asked, getting off of Eloise with bright cheeks. Robin had helped sit up Eloise, having the brown skin girl let out a small yelp when she felt a sharp pain travel through her back.
"Yeah, I'm great, now that I know that Russians can't design elevators!" Steve freaked out, he pressed Dustin over to the side and walked to the nonworking buttons.
"I think we've clearly established that those buttons don't work." Robin stated, helping Eloise get in a standing position.
Steve turned around at to the group. "They're buttons. They have to do something." He reasoned.
"Yeah, but we don't have a damn keycard, so they don't work." Eloise finally spoke up, leaning on a table for support.
"A what?" He asked the girl.
"It's an electronic lock." Robin answered for her. "Same at the loading dock door, if we don't have a keycard, it won't operate, meaning," She got cut off by Dustin.
"We're stuck in here."
"Yeah."
"Just so you nerds are aware, I'm supposed to be spending the night at Tina's, and Tina always covers for me. But if I'm not home for uncle Jack's party tomorrow and my mom finds out you four are responsible, shes gonna hunt you down, one by one, and slit your throat."
Steve snapped. "I don't care about Tina! or uncle Jack's party! Your mom's not gonna be able to find us if we're dead in a Russian elevator!"
"Hey," Dustin caught everyone's attention. "What if we climbed out?" He pointed to a vent on the ceiling.
Eloise slowly sat down trying to not to make any fast movements, her back aching even more when she was standing up. She rubbed her face with both of her hands as she pulled her legs towards her chest.
Robin looked down at the disheveled girl before taking a seat next to her. "I'm taking it as everything is not fine?" Robin laughed quietly before shutting up upon seeing the girls reaction.
Eloise was stressed out. Two days ago she was at home talking with her sisters about stupid boys and now she's here in a Russian elevator not knowing about what's happen. Everything was not fine. Everything was terrible.
