The battle was a desperate assault to escape the devilish hand of the British encirclement. It was a chaotic battle with 6 battlecruisers trying their hardest to escape the battle. Even the best commander would not have survived even with their greatest luck, but Graf-Spee was a very lucky ship.

2 hour now since the battle began and the fight just got worse. The only saving grace they heard in this hell hole is that they is reinforment coming to relieve them that was an hour ago.

The naval gun roar like the last few hour with battlecruiser going down and cruiser going due to cannon fire or damage they just keep firings trying to escape the British battleline. But the damage was too much for the boiler to handle many of the fleet drop to 20-23 nautical miles per hour in speed just enough for the British dreadnoughts to catch up.

"Couldn't you go any faster?" ask Graf Spee as she worrying look toward the enemy battleline. In froun of her was SMS Derfflinger they are the last 2 functioning battlecruiser in the German Navy. Her sister was sunk an hour ago when the retreat signal was given a magazine detonation have exploded her in two piece

Flashback
"Ditz, the retreat signal have been sound" said Graf Spee as she tried to reach for her sister.

Everything changed in the few seconds she spoke when the roar of the British were heard. It was too late, they were in range of the battleship as the whistle of the round was heard. Splash, that all she heard was a 15 inch shell rain down on her but she was lucky they all missed. But her sister was not so lucky. A 15 inch shell hit her, cutting through her armor like wet butter hitting her magazine and exploding it.

Everything slow down when terror crept up Seyditz face when she felt the shell hit her magazines. All humans don't want to die, even ship girls. They all tried to fight it but inevitably they shall fail. The scream of terror start the radio was full of Seyditz cried for help.

"No.." that all Graf Spee could say as she watched her sister explode. Rage that all she could feel she was the flagship, as the bridge crew including Admiral Hipper watched on in horror as SMS Seydlitz sank beneath the wave. They were down to 3 battlecruisers against .

She fired every gun in her hall fire and it hit her broadside and hit an armor piercing shell cut through HMS inflexible, critically damaging her but not sinking her. She watched as the Inflexible crew tried every desperate measure to try to save the ship but it wasn't enough as not long after she sank.

.Molke was sunk when she ran to a mine. She remarks in her head trying to keep tears in the Von de tan Class have been wiped out except for Goeben which is raiding the mediterranean. She wondered for a few minutes what would it be like when... that thought was cut out as she screamed in pain as a shell struck her.

POV SMS Derfflinger

She could only watch in terror as her big sister was stuck. Even if she was brought from the British in a desperate gamble to gain some firepower for the fleet she was quickly accepted into the fleet.

But then help arrives when the German battle one has been spotted and the surviving member of the 1 scouting fleet races toward it.

The reaction to the battle hardened scouting was expected.

"Holy shit , what happen to you guy" ask SMS Kaiser

But all she received was silence as Derfflinger point her finger toward the chasing British fleet

"The plan went too well," replied Derfflinger.

Narrator POV

When the last stage of the battle started it was fought with vengeance for both sides, each side wanting revenge. As shells rain down on each of the battlelines Queen Mary exploded, this was the decisive battle each side wanted just not the outcome.

Inflexible still retreating could only watch in horror as the slug fest start and as Queen Mary gone down weather it was stupidly or chivalry Graf Spee join the battle damage
Her broadside roar with sheer will power she was kept together.

Her gun roared even if her back turret was damaged, her gun still fired not with the old accuracy but a 14 inch shell is still a 14 inch shell if it and it hit. Even in her damaged hall she still fought on sinking as fire erupted on the super dreadnoughts HMS Agincourt damaging the super ship. That is when the rush of adrenaline stop and the crew start to use their brain and pull the ship back, retreating her to Wilhelmshaven.

The battle was costly: 3 battlecruisers were sunk and another damaged that left the German fleet with 1 operational battlecruiser and 2 more under construction. That isn't to mention the battleship lost 3 pre dreadnoughts and was sunk and critical damage 3 dreadnoughts.

SMS Graf Spee would be in the dry dock repair until 1915 when she would start her career as a raider under the command of Erich Raeder the captain of the emperor's personal yacht.

In the future the 2 battle of heligoland bight was considered a disaster for both side to learn on though one ship stools out SMS Graf Spee even in her damage form she still fought for the fatherland that push her into celebrated territory while making her one of the most hated ship in the eye of the British public until their pride was sunk by the Bismarck.

So that put the start of arc 2 this will push the story until Jutland which would be the start of arc 3 so again I hope you have a good day.
