May Parker doesn't know what she's expecting when she walks into the Avenger's compound.
"Ms. Parker," F.R.I.D.A.Y. greets. "Please don't be alarmed by my presence as I was created to keep everyone in this building safe."
"How wonderful." May says, her skepticism never fading from her. She steps into the elevator that doesn't waste time to transport her to the penthouse.
Stepping off the elevator, she smiles at the sight of Peter doing his homework with Tony Stark and Natasha Romanoff sitting on each side of him.
She looks over to the two avengers and smirk to herself. "Hey, baby." She greets her nephew.
Peter looks up at his aunt and smiles brightly. "Hey, Aunt May!"
"How're you doing?"
"Good."
While the two Parkers converse, the elevator dings and reveals Happy Hogan walking in.
May takes a long look at the security guard and smiles softly before returning her attention to her nephew.
"Hello," Happy greets, holding his hand out to her. "I'm Happy Hogan, the Stark body guard."
May shakes her hand. "Of course, I'm May Parker."
"Wow, your hands are soft." Happy compliments.
The older Parker chuckles, a slight blush reddening her cheeks. "Thanks."
Tony looks up at the two and grins. He turns to Peter. "Seems like your aunt is getting a new beau."
Peter glares at his mentor. "Really?"
"Just saying."
As the two watch Happy and May, the elevator dings and clicking of heels echo closer to them.
"Hello, Tony," Natasha greets. "I'm here to see the show."
"Of course, Natasha." Tony smiles at the assassin.
Soon enough, the two avengers find themselves sitting shoulder to shoulder. Tony grins at her and starts braiding her hair.
"What're you doing, Stark?" Natasha asks.
"Whatever it looks like." The genius snarks playfully.
The assassin stays to herself for a few moments. "Do a French braid."
Tony smiles. "Sure."
Peter makes a sick face and moves to sit with his aunt. "There's too much oxytocin in this room."

FanfictionThe Avengers are together again after six months of the Rouges on the run. Yes, it's tonynat. In my defense, they were a thing in the comics. Also if you don't like it, that's cool too.
